Employee watched us select our choices and as we got to register he told us he didn’t have any spoons or any utensils. We were told to throw them away! What a poorly run organization!

We handed all the products back to the employee and didn’t keep it!

Nothing but excuses for terrible customer service!

DO NOT come here!!!! It would be a waste of your time and money. The owner is absolutely rude and VERY dishonest. I came during a busy night, the 4th of July and the owner looked at it as an opportunity to charge me double the price of what it actually was supposed to be. I’m sure he did that to a lot of people that night hoping nobody would catch him doing it. I confronted him with what he had done and he said he would refund me my purchase. Hmmmm…I wonder why that was? He knew what he did was dishonest and tried to apologize for his actions by refunding everything. Interesting thing is the transaction still went through and the money still got taken out of my account even though he said he refunded my transaction. I will be reporting it as fraud. I don’t know about you, but I WILL NOT support a business that is SO dishonest, not once, but twice!

Also, the quality of frozen yogurt is horrible! It basically is just frozen ice with no flavor. I’ve gone to many frozen yogurt places and trust me when I say this place has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve never seen a frozen yogurt look so watery, is really pathetic. Other frozen yogurt places I’ve been to their product actually looks and tastes creamy. I’m sure the only reason this place gets business is because it’s the only one in town sadly enough. I wish i could’ve given zero stars. Please don’t come to this place, you’ll regret it.

In reply to the owners response: Funny, how you think you know who you are talking about out of the hundreds of people that went through your shop on 4th of July, as if you’d be able to single me out. Everything you said about me was wrong, so you clearly didn’t know who I was. Obviously you’re making things up which explains my review about your dishonesty.
First, I didn’t bypass the line twice, I stood in your long line twice. Your line was not only long, but extremely hot. You should try visiting other frozen yogurt shops and see why yours is the worst tasting one. That would probably help you figure out how real frozen yogurt should be done. By the way I still didn’t get a refund. I could take a screenshot of my bank statement to show everyone on here if you’d like? Then everyone could see how dishonest you truly are. There’s a reason you have a lot of 1 star reviews, take a hint.

Great service! Amazing management that went out of her way to bring a sad kiddo joy while down at the splash pad. Fast service, yummy treats. Highly recommend Oyo yogurt to any friends visiting the splash pad on a hot day. Completely satisfying

Contrary to belief, this place is in fact back in business and open! Definitely a great treat to have in town rather than driving 30 minutes just for some ice cream. The new owner is super polite and nice. I personally had the Irish cream and it is probably the best I've ever had. I also adding in the sugar-free German chocolate, which also didn't disappoint. Many topping options as well as your standard chocolate/caramel sauces at the counter. I believe they do shakes too if I remember correctly. Definitely go check it out! You can sit out back and watch the fountain as you enjoy Oyo's delicious frozen yogurt!

I hate leaving bad reviews but the owner needs to see this more than anymore.

This shop smells like a bottle of Clorox. I literally couldn’t breathe inside the store. I got a headache within minutes of being there. Got yogurt as quickly as possible then left.

Their yogurt does not taste good or digest good either. Their employees are checked out. Probably from a chemical high. It’s bad… really bad.

Went there with my kids and it was super delicious. I was surprised about all the flavors and greatly pleased with all the toppings! The place was clean, and neat and had such a wide variety. You can sample the yogurt, which the kids liked. They had fun mixing and matching. Super delicious, super fun! A little something for everyone. 🙂 i will also add that the employees were extremely nice, friendly, were easy to talk to, and helped us out. we will definitely be going back. I highly recommend 👌

Visited the store for the second time this weekend, conveniently located right by the fountain and kids play area, it’s a treat to enjoy the treats and watch the beautiful fountain. The new owner is super friendly and has turned this place around really well. We will surely come back again!! Keep up the good work.
