I had the pleasure of staying at the Scottsdale Parkview Resort for 3 weeks and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. A special mention goes to Juan, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering great recommendations and making sure all my needs were met. His exceptional service truly made my visit memorable.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The resort’s quiet atmosphere added to the overall tranquility, allowing me to unwind fully. One of the highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi – it was by far the largest hot tub I’ve ever seen! It was the perfect place to relax after a long day, with plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the soothing warmth. Also with on site laundry and one of the best exercise rooms around that even has free weights.

Overall, I highly recommend Scottsdale Parkview Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, pristine rooms, and fantastic amenities and at an incredibly reasonable price. Juan and the rest of the staff made my stay unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be returning!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Old Town Scottsdale and ASU for a fraction of what is costs to get a comparable room in the middle of Old Town. There is a large grocery store right across the street which is very convenient and a great sports bar/ restaurant right very close if you want a bite or a beer. Will definitely consider this place again next time I am in Scottsdale.

The room is small but perfect for two people the jacuzzi tub was a nice touch to our room, bed was very comfortable. The property is clean as well are the rooms. Area is really quiet. Cool to step out of your room and see the park. Staff was friendly. Would definitely come back

Check in was quick & easy. Luckily I was able to call in before I arrived & confirmed my reservation with Noah. Not only did this help with the check-in process, it also allowed Noah to place me into a room that was perfect in location & layout. He obviously listen to our conversation & made the best accommodation based on my needs & wants. Great customer Service. The room was very well maintained & felt like a home away from home. The grounds are very well kept & look great. All of the Staff members I came in contact were very nice & polite. I will definitly be back.

I have been staying at this property for many years for work visits, but will not consider it again. I had booked one night stay, but then had to add an additional night so I made a separate reservation for a 2-night stay and I canceled the initial 1-night stay. When I checked in I asked the person at the front desk to ensure there wasn't a separate reservation for me which he confirmed there was not. Upon checkout I was presented with two invoices for both reservations. The third-party booking site I used appealed to the manager at the hotel who refused to accept the cancellation even though I stayed on a separate reservation and the other was clearly cancelled. Its disappointing because I always enjoyed my stays at this 3 Palms/Parkview; not fancy, but clean easy and a good location.

I booked to stay here through a third-party website. They have a nonrefundable policy, which I understand. When I book the room, it also said I had till midnight on the same day of booking to cancel, which I did. The hotel is now charging me full price and refused to refund. It’s unfortunate. They’re collecting them services. They are not rendering. With the temperature of the economy, it’s sad. A company is willing to take $122 from somebody who works hard and just needed a place to stay. Again, no service services rendered no refund
