The hotel was wonderful! Very clean and the breakfast bar was fun! Patricia was amazing!! She was super friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations. If we had any issues she responded immediately! Had a great time and highly recommend!

I found a good price online including tax, went inside and the woman at the counter said she'd match that price. Next morning I found they'd charged me an extra $15! For tax. I complained but the manager refused to refund the difference saying the woman at the counter should not have given me that price. So what? She did. Had I known I would have made the reservation online. What a rip off.
Don't go here. There are plenty of other hotels in town.

This is not a quality hotel. It is a passable place to sleep. They're hot tub is like a bath their breakfast is barely better than a continental and their shower shuts on and off and has zero water pressure. You do not get your bang for your buck at this place.

Weve had a fine enough experience with the actual hotel. The reward points dont work well. We signed up for their credit card and have recently tried to use our points for free nights and the app says that the point rate is unavailable for either of the relevsnt locations in Payson. The credit card points dont seem useful for actually staying anywhere. and well look for other accomadations on future visits.

Ended up staying here for two nights for a business stay. Very clean rooms, friendly staff at the desk, didn't take advantage of the food so I don't have anything to say about that, it is in a beautiful area. Even though the traffic is a little crazy it was a great place to stay and would definitely do it again, thank you.

Ashley is amazing! There was an issue with the front desk attendant we checked in with and she kindly helped us out with the issue.

Room was clean, AC and all other electronics/appliances worked well, Shower was great, Pool access was nice, we tried out the hot tub in the indoor pool room, and over all our stay was very quiet plus comfortable.
