I visited a friend and when she moved into this motel there was no bed she had to buy paint and paint the room there is a big stain and the ceiling is falling apart. She has no hot water nothing to cook it with no refrigerator nothing

Bedbugs, no light bulbs. Paint is horriable and old. Staircase is rotting away, must watch where you step. Tinfold hanging in windows most windows are broken and doors have holes everywhere on front doors and no closets doors. Most toilet are very old cracked or must poor water down it to flush..cilings are falling down black moled you can smell it and even see it growning on the walls. Bath rooms sink leaks in bath room, no tables fridge dont get cold even nor has it been defrosted or clean. Bits and pieces of carpet is missing.. Cats 8 of them run the parking lot.. Lady thrown a
handful of cat food into the road to feed them..Hallway door is left open so they can sleep in there omg it sinks so bad. Poeple pay good money to live there monthly. 900 is what most are charge. never come here, and they dont make any repairs or follow up with there renters.. Some have no heat or hot water couple no water at all..no one should pay 900 for this bedbugs mice, flea ants coarch infested rooms.

Did not stay over night. Just went to visit family who lives there for a bit. Not the best place to live but for some it's better then where they were before. Owner and manager need to be held accountable for not addressing the maintenance of the place. They have gone months with no hot water. Many of the ac units if there is one do not work. Slumlords is what they are.

Im thankful for this place as it is very affordable. But the bug issues here r horrible & hard to overcome when the whole place needs b done at the same time to conquer them. The manager is great, she's made it affordable for us to fight the issue. U cant really beat a rent where all utilities are included. It has its ups & downs, like dumb ppl who have dogs they leave for hours or days on end that bark all the time, or neighbors who have no sense of respect for others but like i said...its cheap & we can have our dogs & theres a pool we can use again as soon as the free loaders with the disrespectful & destructive brat leave.

Hello to who it May concern me and wife waited a year on the waiting list to get a room there and finally no more sleeping in truck we lived there three months nobody bothered us and Susan was very nice those three months but then we got bed bugs and moved out Acadia has history it's not Sue's fault the owner's don't fix the place she does the best she can and so does the maintenance man besides the bugs I liked my room I had up stairs and the complex and pool but some of those people that live there when we moved out they said we were going to turn them in for bugs and Sue them I would never do that I would stay there again if she would let us

The manager Sue makes up lies about people who are interested in moving in just so that she don't have to rent to you, the place is filthy dirty, they have cockroaches and bed bugs. It's ridden with druggies.
