We were traveling to see relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday. After visiting San Diego and then Mesa,Arizona, Feeling exhausted after over ten hours of driving. I couldn't drive anymore.Being a single dad with three kids,I found this hotel right off the freeway. It was a little pricey, But you get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised with very comfortable beds,And spacious rooms. My kids and I really enjoyed the breakfast options, Having three daughters we quickly ran out of towels. The staff was very accommodating.I would like to commend one of the staff members,I think her name was Christina.Very patient, very accommodating. I didn't want to be a bother,But she must have made over three deliveries of towels.I would highly recommend this hotel in the future. Simply amazing staff,They made us feel like we were at home.

The room was nice. We had a full fridge and a relatively spacious kitchenette area complete with a dishwasher. Some of the wall plugs did not work, which made charging my phone a hassle. The bathroom door was a heavy, wooden, sliding door, which was a hassle to open and close.

The staff was friendly and professional.
The location is right off the highway, which is great for accessibility but made the room noisy. We had to turn the fan on to mute the noise somewhat so we could sleep.

I won't be staying here again.

We had a great stay! We stayed for one night after driving for 13+ hours on our way home to Texas and arrived late that night. They were awesome about getting us promptly to our room, which we appreciated. They had friendly staff that offered exceptional customer service. The staff was phenomenal, and they were super friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and super clean, just spotless, the king bed was extremely comfortable along with the pillows, and it was very quiet. We loved the super clean bathroom as well! The room and stay were wonderful.

I highly recommend. We loved it!

I stayed at this Home2 Suites on Aug 8 for an evening. Our room was disgusting. Upon just opening the door, a horrible odor came out of the room. After entering, we immediately went back to the front desk to get a different room. Naturally the hotel was sold out with no other rooms available 🙄. So we were stuck staying in the disgusting room. The only thing the hotel was willing to do was give us a spray to hopefully help the situation. It did not help at all.

It was clear the smell was a result of pets being in the room. If a hotel is going to allow pets, you need to modify your cleaning approach to account for this. We will certainly not be coming back to this hotel again.

Note I attempted to contact the hotel management on multiple occasions to see if they would attempt to make the situation right and they couldn’t be bothered to respond.

Unless you like intense, dirty animal smells, I would avoid this hotel.

As always Hilton does it right. The staff was great and very helpful getting me a ground floor room for my wife and her scooter.

We stayed one night as we were just passing through. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy and also the room was huge. Breakfast was delicious! We had the premade sandwiches.|I would request a room not on the highway side as it was a little noisy. Just an FYI there is no conditioner in the shower.

I am a Hilton diamond member, been using their facilities for many many years. Driving on a long drive from LA and stopped here to use the restroom. Was immediately confronted by an older gentleman whom I presume was the manager who stated to me that restrooms were not usable to the public without checking in. He the. Asked me why I did not stop at the 5 restrooms along the way, perhaps it’s because I’ve never been to king man sir and do not know the area.

I wouldn’t write a review because I understand this request probably happens often and the staff shouldn’t be forced to constantly maintain a restroom if people are not staying, however when you work at a hospitality facility and people are not very hospitable, it kind of makes me question why someone would maintain that job.

Being a Hilton customer for years and then being treated like that upon an entry of facility was a little offputting.

I arrived around 2100 hours after driving through the snow, wind, sleet, hail and rain. I always know I can count on any of Hilton's properties as a Diamond Member and I try to use Hilton as often as I can. I checked in through the mobile app and requested the digital key. After waiting for a time, I never got the digital key and went through the front desk to retrieve an actual physical key card. After getting into my room, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same room (apparently when I checked in through the app and got the physical key it charged me again). After reconciling it with the front desk, it finally got handled. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. No complaints there. I slept well and the amenities of the room was wonderful. Upon checking out the following morning, I packed up the car for departure and decided to eat breakfast before I headed out. I was very disappointed. The juice dispenser offered 2/4 juices with a handwritten note taped to the machine stating "Apple + Kiwi out of stock. The omelets were individually wrapped in foil and was severely burnt to the foil that you couldn't peel the egg away without shredding the omelet apart, it was so brown and burnt. The "fresh fruit" was severely bruised and brown, oatmeal was significantly watered down that it didn't taste like oatmeal; there was no other protein or handheld sandwiches of any kind that was offered outside of the "omelet crisps." Everything else was bread or some sort of sweet bread. I was better off getting breakfast at McDonald's. I was very disappointed this time around as I've stayed at this property twice before and was not disappointed then. By far, this was not up to Hilton's standards. Upon checking out the front desk clerk gave me 2 waters "for the road" for a lousy breakfast!
