Our room was clean and spacious, had toiletries, with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. But plumbing was loud at times and the pillows were too soft for me. Service was refreshingly wonderful. Holly welcomed us late last night like she was happy to see us. At breakfast, a staff member went table to table informing the guests that service was abt to end and if there was anything we needed. Also, it's one of the best breakfasts we've had in a while. Superior products were offered and the breakfast area was kept well-stocked and clean the entire time.

Far exceeds expectations. Staff was terrific, everything worked and was spotlessly clean, great mattress and (my wife's key standard) the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Everything we saw had obviously been recently remodeled/refurbished and was in great shape. The free breakfast is more than you would expect, with a hot buffet in a spotless facility. |Be aware that, for some odd reason, there are TWO different Best Western Plus establishments within about 300 yards of each other. We recommend that you be sure you are booking the "Wayfarer's Inn".

Having reviewed this hotel well before the journey and therefore we were expecting a quality hotel. We were not disappointed. Very large reception area and friendly check in. It was that busy we had to park a few spaces away from our room but this is not a major issue. The room was large and clean and the wifi was very good. The bed was comfortable. The only criticism of the room was the blue light flashing from the router on the wall flashing all night, I used a towell to block out the light. Now the breakfast was excellent. Most Best Western breakfasts are very good this was that little bit better. Plenty of room in the breakfast room. I did bring to the attention of the reception on check out about the blue flashing light and that have made a note of this. I will check the next time we visit. That blue light was not enough for me to drop five star to four because in every other aspect the Hotel is excellent. With Best Western prices creeping up the one thing I will say is don't out price yourselves because everyone should be able yo enjoy your hotel. Well done this hotel it gets my extra star award for quality. Only one other hotel on this road trip has got that.

The room Is really nice and exceptionally clean. It has a medium-sized refrigerator with a nice size freezer. And this room had a new microwave.
The morning breakfast bar was really great. I give their breakfast (if all other hotels we have been to are a 3 or 4), this one gets 5 stars. This will be my go-to hotel in Kingman from now on. They also allow pets and have a nice pet area.

I stayed here with my wife & kids for one night as we passed through on a road trip for the Thanksgiving holiday. This Best Western offered a family suite room that was amazing & fit our family perfectly. The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very friendly, & the breakfast offered many great choices. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked a king suite for 2 nights and used out BW points for 1 nights stay. Nice Large room with very comfy beds and a couch so Plenty of room to spread out. Elevator was a bonus as we were on 2nd floor. Large Guest laundry that we put to use as well. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of options at breakfast and staff were all friendly.

We are a family of 4 and make the drive from Oklahoma to California a couple times a year. This location is 16 hours from Oklahoma and is a convenient stop along the way. We've stayed here 3 times... once with our dogs and twice without, and every time has been wonderful.

The staff makes the difference at this location. They are so nice and professional, and they need to know that their attitudes are very much appreciated by weary travelers. The location is safe as we've stayed here with Christmas presents, luggage, and important items from our home. We've never had an issue with safety.

The location is right off the freeway and close to gas and food. We also stayed here once when we took our horses across the country. It's close to the fairgrounds where we kept our horses. Furthermore, the breakfast is awesome. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice, toast... and again... the people staffing the breakfast are so nice. I've never felt like a burden to them and I appreciate their professionalism.

I will always stay at this location when I can.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast has lots of options. Eggs were fresh and biscuits were homemade. Great value.
