I'll just start with 108.00 for two adults and 3 kids and gratuity automatically added i got the special which was meat loaf it was still cold from the fridge it still had the gelatin fat taste as if the grease was not melted. The waitress threw the straws at us and when the cashier asked how everything was I told her the meatloaf was cold and she said I should have told someone so they could heat it up and I should have said something because if I don't say anything the next person will have the same experience. People have to speak up to make the service better. She was not nice our waitress was barely reasonable. I am not responsible for making your food a decent temperature and I will show you how I give my support I will not be back i wouldn't have said anything if I was not asked about it but when you ask I'm gonna be honest. I'm posting this to warn others it is very premium price for below par food and terrible service. Good Luck

The place was cool with all the dollar bills on the walls. But that was just about it for this place. The waitress was extremely rude. Basically threw the straws at us. Took the menu out of my husband's hand. Would not let us push tables together for our entire party. And was just basically rude the whole time.
The food was less than mediocre. The meatloaf was cold, like it was I. The fridge and then maybeicrowaved but not enough. The pulled pork was tasteless. We weren't sure if the buffalo burger was buffalo or just beef.
It was very expensive and they add the gratuity and a credit card fee. I would not go back.

My family and I came and it was my first time coming in this restaurant and also will be my last. We came in and went right for the bar to order drinks for everyone. That was fine the bartender was super nice had brunette hair but afterwards we went down to the restaurant area and I made the mistake of moving 1 table to another table of 6 for my family of 10 people. This heavier set blonde came unglued that I moved a single table for my family instead of inconveniencing her of doing it for us. She yelled at me and said we do not just go around moving tables. Then said I do not come into your house and move your furniture so don’t do it here. So I moved it back and told my family looks like we will be sitting at 2 different tables. This lady continued to yell at me when I simply just walked outside because i was done being treated so poorly. I decided to take my money where it was wanted unlike this place. I believe her name was Andy someone else said her name. I was so disappointed in this place only because of her service and treating us so poorly. I just threw my beer away while the rest of my family sat at 2 different tables just to finish their beers so they didn’t go to waste and then we all left. Not to mention we were all hungry so we were gonna all order food and more drinks so a lot of money would have been spent if she didn’t scare us off. The next day my boyfriend came to use the restroom in there and she acted once again like we were an inconvenience to her by simply asking to use the restroom. This lady continues to treat people poorly and I had to write this in hopes that the owner will see this and do something about it because he is loosing money over having rude staff. I’d love to go there again as the restaurant itself was awesome but if she’s there I take my money elsewhere where it is wanted! Thanks for listening to my rant!

This is a historical "hotel" that only hosts ghosts overnight. You can eat there, but I can't say anything about that because I haven't. I'd say if town is crazy busy just be patient where you stop in, there are only so many people that work in this town. Lots of fun trinkets and route 66 swag, donkeys and photo ops a plenty!

This place is very overcrowded. Upon arrival the waitresses and Hostess is not friendly. The food was cold when being served to our party. When asked to warm up the food, our server complained about having to do it.. Then she made some excuse about why the food was not warm. When the food was brought back my husband and I ate it and then got sick that night. This is a health code issue. This place must be evaluated.

Had the Buffalo burgers yesterday in the late afternoon. They were so good, but waking up this morning, we've both been extremely sick to our stomachs and can't get out of the bathroom. Definitely put a damper on our trip. Not sure what was wrong with it, but definitely something was not good!

It is good but do not eat here if they are busy. We ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches, one with bacon. No bacon, food was lukewarm. We finally got our food after 32 minutes of waiting.

We received prompt service during a very busy time of day. The food was good and the service from Mo was excellent. She stopped at our table several times to make sure all was good. The taste and presentation of the food is always important, but the service one receives really makes the dining experience memorable. I could not have asked for better service. Mo is an asset the the Oatman Hotel Restaurant.
