We rented the banquet room for a baby shower. I cannot express how wonderful the staff was towards us. Accommodating a large, rowdy group with lots of kids can be stressful but the girls up front were kind and patient, the gentleman who helped with fetching extra tables and chairs was so polite and prompt.
I want to say thank you for helping make the baby shower seamless. Your efforts were noticed and I am recommending this hotel/event space to as many people as I can in Kingman. The price was unbeatable and the service topped it off.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and cheerful. We asked for extra towels and paper plates. They quickly provided these and also provided plastic silverware. We had gone out to Arby's and did not get the plates or silverware. They were also helpful about where restaurants were located. They were also helpful regarding concerns we had about weather information. They made our stay great!

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. I had an omlette and sausage with toast and juice. The pool was relaxing after a long day. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The stay here was very nice. Check in was easy and our room was perfect. Everyone we encountered were so nice. Breakfast was everything we expected. We certainly would stay here again if we are in the area.

We stayed at this motel Friday 2/01/2025. The linens in the King Suite were less than acceptable, gray and extremely well used..dingy at best. I complained about this!

We checked out and I decided to walk over to the breakfast area to grab a spoon, at which time my cell phone slipped out of my open purse. I noticed this after we were 20+miles away, I called the front desk and was told someone would check the room. I mentioned I has the phone after I left the room. I called my phone and it was answered by the breakfast attendant, she agreed to take my phone to the the front desk. I then called at the motel again to confirm the phone was brought to them, it was. I was told she would contact UPS and send my phone out that day. I gave my credit card to pay for the "overnight delivery fee". Today is Tuesday, February 4, 2025 AND my phone is still at the Holiday Inn on Andy Devine Blvd in Kingman, AZ. THIS IS NOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I doubt I will ever stay at another Holiday Inn and Suites!

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and the food was good. Really liked the egg omelettes.

Although there wasn’t a restaurant/lounge on site, you could purchase beer or wine in the small store in the lobby.

We will definitely stay here or at other locations in the future.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. I felt like they cared about my choice in hotels. Anything I needed, like extra towels to wake up calls were handled efficiently. I would stay here again if I travel through Kingman again!

Due to my last minute decision to stay the night in Kingman, a hotel far away from the train tracks was booked. The Kingman Holiday Inn Express had a few rooms available. Even though I've had only positive experiences with Holiday Inn, I was reluctant to book the room due to its proximity to the train. It was only for one night, so I bit the bullet and made a reservation. The convenient and plentiful parking made an excellent first impression. I was promptly greeted and the front desk and given all the necessary details. The Wi-Fi in my clean and comfortable room gave me no issues while I was finishing up my work on a company laptop. I could not hear any traffic in my north-facing room, and much to my delight, I didn't hear any train noise! The comfortable bed also made for a pleasant sleep experience. I absolutely recommend Kingman Holiday Inn Express!
