Freddy's, in the Foothills. Famous steak burgers and shoestring fries, custard, and atmosphere. If you've been to one before, you know the product and you'll get it here. This location is new, as of 11/2024 and still has the fresh paint smell. 😉 Food was exactly what I expected, and without the drive into town. Service was prompt and courteous. It is lacking in the self service condiments I've known Freddy's to have, but the staff will provide what you request. This will be a favorite when temps go back up and I need a custard to cool down.

Custard was good, service was lacking. Just ordered scoops of frozen custard. We watched and waited while the kids in the kitchen chatted to one another and played around in between scoops. Ordered a double in the cone and dish and the cone was over twice as much ice cream then the bowl, leaving us feeling cheated. Maybe try a different location.

Not only does Freddy’s provide a consistently tasty burger but the employees at this location go above and beyond. I receive better service here than I do at restaurants that cost five times as much. Today the employees walked our order to our table outside and then brought us a complimentary “pup cup” for our dog. She absolutely loved it.

The person on the drive thru didn’t understand what we wanted after 3 x explaining. The food we got was over $30! When we got home I was so angry! Burgers were like mush- bread was nonexistent and had no flavor. The custard shakes were atrocious! One of the worst meals I have ever had. We had to throw it all away. Tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered. Very very disappointed and would like my money back!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Freddy's, and it was all thanks to George! He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. His service was exceptional, and we truly appreciate his attentiveness and kindness. We highly recommend Freddy's, and if you're lucky enough to be served by George, you're in for a treat!

Ordered drive-thru. Handed me the wrong order first, and I gave it back. Waited 25 mins for my correct order, lots of cars behind me. Not the best customer service. Paid for extra topping on the burger, they forgot it. Paid for an ice cream sandwich, also forgot it. Didn’t realize til I got home after a long day of work. $19 for 1 meal, side of onion rings and a cookie sandwich. Frustrating, don’t think I’ll be going back.

Really nice new place. The prime rib burger was fantastic. The shoestring fries are so good. The service was excellent yet it's still a fast food place!

Don’t bother ordering the seasonal shake or concrete. Looks nothing like the photo, the guy at the window just brought us two chocolate shakes when we ordered the peppermint Oreo and we had to ask twice to have the whipped cream and peppermint topping added that it’s supposed to come with. Tasted ok, but not worth the $$
