I'd love to give this hotel 100 stars! Everything from the staff, to the breakfast, to the grounds were perfect! |Katrina, the warm and welcoming lady who made breakfast is the definition of southern hospitality! She made us feel like family! We could've stayed there all day talking with her - she was that friendly! |Phillip, the general manager is a true gentleman and made sure we had a wonderful stay! He was genuine and made sure we were 1000000% happy with our stay! The rest of the staff with whom we interacted were equally warm and welcoming. |If you're traveling through town, stay at this wonderful hotel!

Stay here as I'm passing through to split up a 20 hr drive several times per year. Rooms are recently renovated - it's clean. Staff at desk, 100% professional & smack on efficency. Parking is excellent, well lit. Restaurants & Walmart all within 1/4 -1/2 mile. It seems to be a spot for many lineman everytime i am here as well as the other 3 hotels on this quiet single cul-de-sac. Will book again.

Positive: Updated decor. Friendly staff. Room was clean and the bathroom was furnished with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in a locked dispenser. The pre-filled dispensers are better than the small bars of soap that hotels usually provide. Negative: We've stayed here multiple times and have never encountered any major problems.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and upgraded. The room was pretty clean, nothing to complain about. The check in staff was very nice and friendly. The elevator took awhile, but that’s about the only problem we had while we were there.

The staff was super friendly from my arrival to my exit the next morning. I was greeted with a welcome and a smile when I entered and was greeted with a good morning when I left.

The hotel is laid out very nice. The lobby is clean and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable allowing a good nights sleep.

The breakfast area was nice, but I was unable to eat. I stay to many nights at IHG and wish they would change up the breakfast some. It’s always the same no matter where you go.

All in all, great stay excellent customer service.

Nice clean hotel that's close to the interstate. We stay here often passing through on our way to TN. All of the staff were friendly but the highlight of our stay was Katrina, who worked in the breakfast area. She was so kind and made sure everyone had what they needed.

Very racist place they only have like five black people that are working for them to for them not to be sued they're only really kind to their white guest in Mexican guest other than that I'm not saying can be very kind to the black staffed or black people They show favoritism towards there white staff and they don't always change there bed out of the cover doesn't have a stain on it they don't change them if the sheet are still tucked in they just make the bed up so I recommend you come with your own or ask for fresh linens. Management to use a course in teamwork because they really don't help their workers their lead housekeeper just checked rooms but doesn't assist the workers unless she feels like it or they have to ask her for help they leave new housekeepers then they make a fairly new housekeepers train their new housekeepers management claims to be understanding but they're not they don't care they're not willing to work with you in the prices are ridiculous if you're not getting clean sheets just. Could be better if management it wasn't cheap when ordering supplies

One of the best stays around on our 127 Yard Sale trip. From check-in to check out, I could not have asked for better service. The breakfast was to die for, and the sweet lady that put it together was awesome. We will visit yall again.
