Stopped in for a quick breakfast on our road trip from Phoenix to San Diego. We called the order in. The phone was answered promptly by a warm friendly voice. We ordered 3 breakfast burritos to go. Arrived to a cute diner that had a good crowd. Order was quick and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Burritos were delicious and hash browns and bacon inside were crunchy. They gave us an abundance of salsa that was also very good. So glad we stopped here! Thanks Ricks!

I'd give more stars if able! I had pork chops, eggs, and hash browns. I can't have toast, so they brought me fruit instead. Beautiful ripe sliced strawberries and 1-1/2 peeled mandarin oranges. Wonderful and thoughtful. Thank you. 😊 I got 2 flavorful breakfast chops. Very good! My husband had the Meat lovers omelet. It was LOADED with meat. Our hasbrowns were crispy and delicious. The eggs were perfect. The staff and atmosphere was fun and homey. They were friendly and welcoming. They have a bell by the door to ring if you enjoyed your visit.. I rang the bell. ♥️

This was my first time at Ricks Kitchen. I have resisted going there du to previous experience with other restaurants in the foothills. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find out this isn't your typical Denny's experience. The coffee isn't Folgers and Ricks gravy ain't some dry mix you add water to. It was delicious with just a hint of sage that left me wanting more and perfect bits of sausage. The biscuit was fluffy and tasty as well. The bacon was cooked to perfection as was my eggs. I will go back to try other breakfast creations. Obviously everything was made from scratch and had Ricks touch. This place is worth the drive for sure.

Me and my wife come to yuma Arizona every winter for the season and always loved eating here. Unfortunately I had my usual breakfast and was so disappointed 😞. The toast was so un-toasted and the bacon was gross. Tasted like old oil. Hashbrowns tasted like the bacon oil. Not sure what happened since last winter but it's really a shame. We usually would eat there 6 or 7 times a month but unfortunately we just can't waste money on bad tasting food. I hope they fix the problem because we love the people who work there. Note to the owners, please for god sake, get ketchup from Heinz. If you want great for don't let your quality drop by saving a dollar and dump nasty aftermarket ketchup on food. Yuck!!!
