Very nice people, but hotel has seen better days. Although it is right off the highway and little highway noise, the trains were switching all night right next to the hotel, so VERY noisy hearing the screeching amd slamming of cars into one another. Linens not updated with the classic comforters that most hotels.carry now and if you like the temperpedic foam mattresses you are I luck, but beds so high you can hardly sit on them. Plaster falling off the walls in the bathroom although the shower was a good one. No breakfasts, but rate was good.

The wife and I were passing through and found this dogfriendly location. Check-in was a breeze, super friendly staff, amazing water pressure and heating (like a massage on all the aching muscles), and its right of the I-40 so getting in and out was simplicity. They don't have an enclosed pet area, but they do have plenty of space to walk our dog.
Without exaggeration, this is among the best Inns I've ever stayed at, and they're apparently independently family owned and operated. If we ever pass through Needles again, we're booking here in a heartbeat.

What a pleasant experience! The service here was impeccable, genuinely friendly and helpful with smart answers to real needs. We checked in at 11:30 pm so I was impressed with the clerk's can do attitude and jovial, polite banter. I picked this place for it's parking. We were hauling a 12' trailer and while we had to back it in the parking space it wasn't a huge chore. The room was very clean and well maintained. Decent furniture and fuctioning appliances. The bed was comfortable, the water in the shower was toasty warm and had good pressure. Also, we were told to show our key at the Wagon Wheel restaurant for a 10% discount. It is always deeply appreciated to check in to a hotel after a long, perhaps stressful day of travel to find good service, a clean room and no hassles. I would gladly stay here again and will certainly recommend this place to family and friends. Good businesses and the professional people who operate them deserve our support.

Great place to stay and outstanding service at this location. James was extremely helpful in helping me get a room for the night. Would recommend to anyone staying in the needles area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Truck parking next door

This is a better-than-basic motel. The room is large, with a comfortable chair as well as a comfortable bed, microwave and refrigerator. It also features featuring a work area. And it is very clean. ||The pool is shady. And unlike another hotel we tried, the pet fee charged is the same as we were quoted on the phone. We would stay here again.

Sorry I didn't leave a review earlier, but receiving an appreciative note from them promted me to write one on my original post.
The rooms were very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. And even the recommendation of the wagon whe
el down the street was awesome ( good food, by the way). Easy access on and off the freeway. Next time passing through, this will be my go to.

This hotel is in a convenient location off of I-40. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean! Beds were super comfortable and very much appreciated after a day of travel. The pool and spa area was open until 10:30, but unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working when we were there. An unexpected bonus was the 10% discount at the Wagon Wheel restaurant nearby for staying the night here. The best hotel we’ve stayed at on our trip so far!
