One of our favorite chain restaurants. Clean bar and seating. TVs in the bar with the game. Large Brutus beers are still flowing. Great apple ice cream desert. So good.
The next to us got the bbq ribs. I will be getting g that next time.

I have to put this on here. If you are reading this before You go don’t.
The tables are full there because there
is a wait time quite long but it isn’t because they are that good. They are not. The kitchen has poor staffing and it takes forever to get food. Then when you get it it is cold or just awful.
The managers are wonderful at keeping the customers happy but it isn’t a good solution. They spend their whole time trying to make the day just finish without to much difficulty.
I really wish I could go there but I’m going to the other Applebees in Yuma for awhile and hope they get the kitchen staffing under control.

We never even got to eat. We came in saying 6 adults 2 kids. Sage took it as 6 total even though it was told 6 adults 2 kids.( we were standing there the numbers were pretty clear) They go to seat us and the table is to small she said "you said 6". No we said 6 adults 2 kids. It was very unprofessional. She said we would need to wait for a bigger table. We said okay and went back outside. At one point I go in to check and I look at the seating chart and she took our names off!! I had to then explain to the next hostess the situation and by then one adult had to leave so we are at 5 adults 2 kids and I made sure to say that's a total of 7 so there would be no reason for the number to be wrong. He assured me he would work to seat us right away. Which did not happen as we waited longer and a table of 6 who came after us took a table which simply could have had a chair added to the end to make it 7. They then were no longer seating people as the backside was behind. Needless to say we ended up leaving since we were there to visit family and trying to head back out of town for the night and still had a 3 hour drive. Very upsetting and very unprofessional hostess.

I went to apple bees to have a nice dinner but then when we got there no one took our order we waited there for a about 20 minutes and finally someone thought to take our order the lady took our order and a few minutes later brought our appetizers my father ordered the Buffalo wings but instead the lady brought us barbecue and they never brought the wings my mother ordered as well when we were trying to ask the waiter about it, we couldn’t find her at all. It took us a few minutes to finally find out where she was. We asked her to fix it and she went to the back, but only fixed my father‘s wings and never brought my mom’s The next thing that happened was that my grandmother ordered a steak well done, but when she got the steak, it was pink inside and when we asked for the people to fix it, they took it and they took really long to cook it when they finally brought it back. It still wasn’t even well done so my grandmother couldn’t enjoy her meal. The next thing that happened was The waitress didn’t bring us any silverware at all and when we asked her to bring us some, she put it right in front of my baby brother who is one years old and could easily grab the knife that was put there The next thing that happened was usually when you’re at a restaurant they ask to refill your drink, but our table they didn’t even ask which we thought wasn’t really normal they took really long to bring our food and And they kept on messing up with our orders And when we would try to talk to the waitresses, they wouldn’t even look at us my father had to get up from his seat and actually go over to the Waitresses and ask them to help us. This is a really bad experience And I’m second-guessing if I should go to this Applebee’s again and just so you guys know the waitresses name was Beth.

Tonight we went to Applebee's by our home, we go there often. It's sad to say I won't go there for awhile again. Our server David was wonderful, personable and just an all around great guy. So, here’s my issue. The kitchen was backed up and it took an hour to get our food. The Manager Christy brought out our food. Never apologizing for the delay. When we ordered our food, we also ordered dessert. However, Christy came by and took our dishes and brought out our bill. Now, I could have said something, but I didn't. The dessert wasn't on our bill. I spoke with David about our dessert and he was very apologetic. But by then I didn't want it. I believe the manager was new in managing. She was not personable or friendly. I believe she needs to go back to being a server and relying on her tips.

Visit on Monday February 24,2025. We walked in and seen many open tables. The hostess stated that it would be a 25-30 min wait. We waited 30mins for a booth and then after another 15 min wait time ordered our food, keep in mind that we were a party of 2! We order water to drink and one party orders the Chicken Penne. I ordered off the appetizer menu the quesadillas. We continued to wait patiently for our food to arrive, no no waitress in sight and when she did pass by the table 3 times would not make eye contact. So just to say after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting on our food, we decided it was in our best interest to get up and leave. Sorry Applebees you need to do better. If you can’t have food out in a timely manner then hire more cooks and staff! We have an influx of winter visitors every year at the same time be ready for that! We will not be returning. We have supported you in the summer months and expect the same service during the winter months.

Worst meal ever. The service was slow to none our server Ksitlynn totally did the worst job. She left us wait twenty minutes to take our drink order and never came back with the drinks or took our food order once she did it took another 30 minutes for out food to come but only four of us got fed and two didn’t. Again our server is no where to be found and we have some of our food but no forks knives spoons or napkins. I flagged down another server and asked for utensils and napkins Kaitlynn shows up and drops them in a pile at the end of the table. We requested to speak with the manager who came apologized and blew us off. Two meals were extremely late two meals were wrong and two meals were as ordered. I will never go back to this restaurant. It is a shining example for the worst service and bad attitude in Yuma!!!!

Today's experience was amazing! The service was quick. The waiters name was David. He was helpful with the menu items and gave some great suggestions. The food was hot and delicious. My daughter has a kids meal that includes a cheese pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks and chocolate milk. She decided to have the Oreo shake as well for an extra charge. The staff was friendly and attentive when my husband had an issue with his meal. Actually, my husband doesn't like onions and there was onions on the plate. David was quick to help and get him taken care of and our dining experience wasn't halted. The manager came around a few time to see if we were okay. It was appreciated!
