Our recent stay with Holiday Inn Express and Suites - Yuma was truly enjoyable, thanks to all the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering great recommendations for local activities. The kitchen staff added a wonderful touch to each day with delicious breakfast and friendly service, making dining an absolute pleasure. We stayed in 4th floor Queen Suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning soon. My stay was perfect overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best hotel staff I ever came across. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities were good. One small suggestion: that the hotel get new washer machines because they always broke and also purchase an ATM. Other than that, no complaint. I’d definitely stay again!”

I was greeted with a smile! I was in Yuma for a funeral. I requested handicapped accessible room online and a late checkout! They did everything to accommodate me! I also got back late from the funeral due the minister being late. The staff was very understanding and gave me a little extra time to get checked out. I will definitely stay here again!

We had our best experience ever at a Holiday Inn Express. It was all of what we would have hoped for, especially after a long day of driving. A truly delightful and rejuvenating stay, starting with our check-in experience with Ricardo and all the way through our final exit. While every aspect was great, we especially appreciated the amazingly comfortable and supportive beds and our quiet and attractive valley-side room.

We enjoyed our stay in Yuma. The staff were helpful and kind. From he time you pull up to the hotel, everything is clean & appealing. Everything seems to be well maintained & clean. The breakfast is pretty good and has a lot of options.

I'd recommend almost any IHG hotel, including this one!

It is not unusual for us to stay overnight here on our way into Southern California. As usual this HIE did not disappoint. The chaise lounge provided a comfortable place to relax. The walk-in shower and bath area were clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was as expected and the juice was not watered down. Experiences like this are why we typically choose HIE when we travel cross country.

The location of this Holiday Inn Express was perfect for us, easy on and easy off. The staff were friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was the soft pillowtop-ish variety I've always been used to at HIEs. I slept great. In addition to the HIE cinnamon rolls, they had bacon which I also enjoy.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Yuma, AZ, and I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations, even compared to my stays at 4-star hotels around the world in places like Thailand, Japan, and Germany. From the moment I checked in, the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and professional. Ricardo, Jennifer, and Christian provided service that was on par with the level of attention and care I’ve received at high-end hotels. Their hospitality really stood out, making a stressful move from Hawaii to Arizona much easier for my family.

We stayed here for six days while waiting to move into our new house, and the hotel being pet-friendly was a huge plus since we had our two shepherd-mix dogs with us. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel amenities were well-kept and maintained throughout our stay. What truly impressed me was the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail. With two shedding dogs, they were incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring our room was always in top condition. Their level of service was outstanding.

One piece of advice for future guests: if you’re planning to make a reservation, I highly recommend calling the front desk directly rather than using a third-party service like Reservation Desk. I initially booked through Reservation Desk and requested a Deluxe 2 Queen Bed Room, but they mistakenly booked me in a standard room. However, after a quick conversation with Jennifer, she resolved the issue promptly and ensured we were comfortable.

Overall, I highly commend the staff at this hotel for making our stay such a pleasant experience. If you’re ever in Yuma, this Holiday Inn and Suites is definitely worth considering.
