We are in Lake Martin for Mother’s Day. As a mother of 3, all I wanted was Hibachi. We chose Copper’s. The food was okay, other than costing twice as much as we pay back home, and the portions being half the size, but the reason I am leaving this review is because of the AWFUL way an issue was handled. We drove 30 minutes to pick our food up. After the cashier checked the bag and made sure everything was there, we get back home only to find out all of our salads were missing. I call and explain to them that they were missing, and her initial response was “well you didn’t really PAY for them, they are just included.” EXACTLY. Which means whether I want the salad or not, I am paying for it. And I want the salads. I told her that driving an extra hour round trip would be ridiculous, and she ended up agreeing that we could just get the salads on Sunday, since we had plans to come back for brunch, only for her to call me back and say that also wasn’t possible because they won’t be cooking hibachi on Sunday. She offered no other solution. I am a small business owner, and so is my husband, and neither of us would EVER leave an unhappy customer as this restaurant left us. No real effort to make it right however they could. Will never return. The food was not terrible, but customer service will bankrupt a company way sooner than anything else.

The quality of Copper's Bar and Grill has gone down in the last few years. I used to come here and think it was a special treat. Albeit an expensive treat, but worth it. The last time I went to Copper's I was unimpressed. The menu was much smaller, so my choices were limited. The selection seemed like mainly basic dishes. Your basic burgers, steak, spaghetti, salad, etc. I had the spaghetti bolognese. I could have made much better at home. The service was great as always and everyone was awesome. We left when the live music started because it was far too loud.

The atmosphere is good, the server was very polite and attentive but I'm pretty sure that the cook staff isn't allowed to touch seasonings of any kind. My wife and I both ordered medium ribeyes and 2 sides. Everything that we ordered was honestly very bland. I'd return for a night of appetizers, drinks and music but the entrees left a lot to be desired.

Stopped in here after a day on Lake Martin. Food isn’t served until 4:00pm (not a problem- we arrived at 3:50pm so we understood). The only thing they serve is hibachi and somehow still messed it up. My “steak” hibachi was full of fatty pieces I could not eat. The service was okay. Will not be returning

$19.99 Special ...bottomless (mimosas, Bloody Mary's & drafts)...Bloody Mary's the Best! They use zing Zang. Will definately go back!

We shared a Nachos with no meat toppings and a Salmon with Shrimp entrée. Drinking only water and the bill came out to $60! That's just way too expensive for the quality of food served. The nachos were descent, but the salmon was kind of bland for my taste and was topped with just a few shrimp. They offered for us to join in the music bingo. Gladly we declined because it didn't even start until we were finished eating and it was difficult to hear the music.

The prime rib was very good, as was the sweet potato mash. The cheesecake was excellent, but the chocolate lava cake wasn't warm enough to make the lava and was strangely crisp on the outside. Our server was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very bland, like adding the restaurant was an afterthought.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and alot of the credit goes to Ms. Pashen who greeted us with much gratitude and made sure our experience was the best possible! She had a constant smile on her face and great attitude which made us enjoy the food even more! Definitely will return!
