Sunset Palm RV Park has been our winter home for the past four years. We love our park family! There are activities for everyone, and you can keep as busy as you want. Like many rv parks, there are sometimes issues, but this is an amazing park! The new park managers have had to address some major issues this year, but have handled them professionally and with the safety of the residents in mind. We enjoy the park’s close proximity to everything and the mountain views. We would highly recommend this park!

This park is fantastic. The pool is maintained and tested daily. Smoking is prohibited. The "Dog Park " is well maintained. They have maintenance personnel going around and cleaning. The staff are doing a great job. Activities are phenomenal and plenty to choose from.

This is such a great park. Socials at 4pm every day of the week. A real friendly park. The Activities Director teaches Pickleball 101 class every week for beginners.
Nice clean park with large spaces. We can use the pool next door so that is a blessing.
Come join the fun. Cards, shuffleboard, billiards, and other weekly activities.

All of those should be zero Stars this is the worst Park in the area and I've been to a few please save yourself the time and money and don't go there anywhere but there is better. They have terrible Petty small-minded people working there. I wasn't given a single warning for the very serious offensive smoking in the pool area where exactly no one but me was rather they evicted me. They are so petty they actually called 911 and 3 Yuma sheriff's officers came to respond. Absolutely a terrible place to stay. Again I cannot overemphasize please do yourself a favor and never ever go there! Even their name is misleading there are no palms there only one little one.

Fun place to be in the Yuma area. Nice clean park with good entertainment and a great location in the beautiful Foothills.

This is a friendly RV Park with excellent amenities. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The whole park was clean. Jim in maintenance keeps everything in tip top shape. We met some very nice folks at the park. The very nicest being Linda and Keith who were close neighbors to us. Linda baked us 2 loaves of banana nut bread! Keith gave us several packages of gourmet chips. They even offered for us to spend a rather hot afternoon under their canopy if we were too warm. What a darling couple. They made us feel so welcome. So much so, we've decided to spend all of next winter here at Sunset Palm and hope to park in the same campspot as this year.

Far enough away from the busy roads and interstate for a quiet stay. A lot of activities to do. The sites are large with full hookups, Very well kept and clean park. Downside is permanent residents aren't allowed to plant anything in the ground. A nice park sorely lacking in trees, cacti and other native vegetation outside the office area giving it a sterile parking lot feel. Shuffleboard needs to be resurfaced. Close to stores and restaurants. Very reasonably priced compared to other parks in the area.

This is a very nice RV Park! The managers are very friendly and nice. The owners and the general manager of all of the owners parks is another story. They initiated a substantial rate increase in 2023 with the promise of free streamable wifi and other amenities, none of which has happened. The wifi is actually worse than in past years. The general manager is doing nothing to alleviate the problem and is actually insinuating that the problem is with the residents equipment, ie phones, televisions etc. Truly sad because this was one of the nicest parks in the foothills.
