Courtney and her staff once again made our stay the best. Nice party on NYE, good music and food. Great RV park, clean and well managed. Will be back in four weeks, and looking forward to returning.

The sites are level and have concrete pads. The spaces are a bit tight, but the park is very well kept and not becoming junky over time, like so many are. They have a lovely pond with green space around it, nice pools and friendly people. The only bad thing about this resort is the road noise. It is located on a very busy road where people frequently speed by, and lots of sirens at all hours. The permanent residents further away from the road are fine, but the short-term RVers are put closest to the road, and it is very noisy. While they do accept pets, the dog park is located outside the park right along that busy road, and they definitely do not want dogs doing their business anywhere inside the park, as there are signs prohibiting it literally everywhere. I carried my little dog to the designated area every time, as I am always respectful of their wishes.

I'm a Florida gal

I understand the benefit of putting barefoot on cool grass, or at least sand without torturing your feet with pricky sand spurs

This is the ONLY ENCORE PARK With a beautiful water feature and PLUSH SOFT SPUR FREE GRASS to walk barefoot

What an oasis for the soul to be able to ground and sit and walk in the grass.

And the park is great too.

I've been here during Christmas and every road was lined with candle lit bags on Christmas eve.

Beautiful touch
Beautiful community feel
Lots of biking thru the park

AND THE LARGEST DOG PARK IBE EVER SEEN IN 100+ RV RESORTS

This place is not dog friendly, it's dog tolerable with dog police walking around to make sure you are not going anywhere you're not supposed to be with your dog. Dogs must either relieve themselves at a dog park or outside the park. To ensure this, beside the countless tacky no dog signs, they have a rule that dogs are to be walked in the middle of the street so as not to relieve themselves on the gravel in front of the lots. No kidding, risk being hit so as not to pee on gravel. When we went to discuss an accusation with the staff, we were dismissed with obvious bias towards the park model people. The staff member even made a comment about my wife's 'face". We were both angry, but only my wife's"face" was singled out, leaving us both to wonder if it was due to her being Japanese. Very discouraging experience.

We had a very nice stay. All the amenities looked well cared for. The laundry room was big and well kept. This place is huge. We didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities on this trip but we will be back.

This is a 55+ park. During our stay there were multiple park activities to participate in, which was nice to see. So, let's start with the so called negatives; The park has no control over this but traffic noise on the main road was loud. Seemed like most cars ran without mufflers or something as they RACED up and down E32nd St. again the park has no control over this. With that being said, THAT was the only negative we encountered.||So now let's focus on the park. Roads, lots, buildings were fantastically upkept. I gave the site a 4 rating out of 5 only because there was a broken sewer cover between our site and the site next to us that allowed odors of sewage. Once it was covered with a mat the odors were gone and the park staff said they would attend to it "right away". Other than that the site was level, easy to back into and the hookups accessible. The staff : I could not commend the staff more ! from the front office , mailroom and maintenance crew all were professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Laundry room, club house, pool and hot tub, looked almost new it has been that well kept. This was our first stay at this park and to travel through Yuma again we would and will stay here ! ! !
