Beautiful Rv resort, we drove thru and visited the office. It is about $4000 for 4 months. Lots of beautiful sites that are privately owned.

What a stunning RV resort. The grounds are kept so clean and well maintained. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The pools are warm and there are 2 hot tubs, so many activities to attend on a daily basis if you are interested. Several pickleball courts which are also available to play in the evenings. The sunsets are always stunning to view. Would highly recommend!

I have spent 14 winters at the Palms RV Resort and it is an absolutely amazing place to live. The Park is aesthetically stunning and well maintained. As a pet owner, I must say it is the best dog friendly park we have ever stayed at. It features 2 fenced off-leash areas, one for the little guys and another for the larger dogs. The staff has always behaved in a professional manner. The two pools and the two hot tubs are well taken care of and The Cabana Bar gives us the sense of being truly on a holiday. The ballroom is spacious, and among the amenities available are the gym, the game room, the library, a card room, a craft room, a pottery studio etc. The Park also features a tennis court and a pickle ball court. I recommend the Palms RV Resort to anyone who is looking for a winter home or even for year-round living. You won’t be disappointed!

Importance to note this is a property a HOA (home owner association). For me as a renter this is not a Resort. I know the owners won’t agree but we are allowed each our own opinions.|We rented a RV lot from the office not a owner lot for 2 weeks in March 2022 and then booked again Dec 2022-end of March 2023. $4800 plus electricity for 4 months.|We were over charged for electricity, had it corrected, then a new power meter was installed and after we left at the end of our stay it took 3 weeks for our final bill to be given.|If we want to book next season prices have gone up to $7200 for 4 months. Apparently upping the price will encourage people to buy. Not for us there are too many other nice resorts that include activities in the price nearby.|-Beautiful pools but barely anyone in them as they are not heated to the warmer temperatures like other resorts. Often cloudy water during high use (mid jan-mid March). Unfortunate high usage doesn’t equal more chemical checks to make sure chemicals are balanced properly.|-large laundry room and outdoor clothesline - many machines not working, expensive $3.50 per wash and dirty inner washing tubs- never sanitize(might be wiped down but residual dirt and such in the liner shows not cleaned properly.) Often washing machine over flow or don’t spin|-large dog park- maintained on a casual basis, often no poop bags and neighborhors complain about dog noise, even suggestion 15 min use limit at one point via the FB group.|-main showers don’t make sense. They look beautiful but shower heads sprays water everywhere but on your skin (water saver shower heads) and no place to set your stuff without it getting wet. You can use the showers near pickleball courts instead but be prepared to wait 3-5 mins for hot water to arrive once you start running the tap.|It’s a beautiful RV park with many properties having Casitas, very friendly owners but priced way too high for what you get. Prepare to pay extra for activities.|We enjoyed the people, Cabana/food/happy hour, pickleball courts, walking path, library and large sized lots but will not stay here again. Way too many politics, some grumpy owners and owner not wanting to pay increased dues. They need their monthly fees increased a whole bunch more as the maintenance is just not done enough especially at high season even with massive volunteers. More paid staff needed.|This is a detailed review that might sound critical but I think it’s important especially if people are booking longer stays. We volunteered and got involved but I wish I hadn’t booked 4 months. I’ve been coming to Arizona for 10 yrs and have been to many RV resorts. This place is going through lots of changes with HOA being more in control in the last year than the Developer. It’s definitely a transition time. The owners will figure it all out but people renting lots from the office need to understand what you really get for what you pay and it’s not a 5 star resort anymore. Of course if you are an owner, or the developer you will not see or have the same view as a renter it’s just a different experience than owning. If you pay top dollar for a RV lot you should have fabulous working maintained amenities.

Beautiful park. An oasis. RV rental lots are very high priced unfortunately. $1500-$1700 per month prime season. If you buy a lot you own the property though.
