Stayed 2 nights in early November. One of the best Comfort Inn/Suites locations I've stayed at. Room was immaculately clean. Guy at the front desk was cheerful and check-in was super fast. The exterior grounds of the property are well kept and the property feels very safe. Good location a minute off I-8 but avoids much of the traffic noise. Great value for the money.

Clean and well maintained property.
Two issues
1. Shrink flation on breakfast options. (Though understandable with rising costs)
2. Wall insulation lacking with inconsiderate neighbor who was deaf with the TV blaring
For price an excellent choice
Rooms are kept up, towels and linens are of good quality. We return.

We've traveled extensively for 15 years, and this hotel room was by far the worst. Upon entering, we were hit with a pungent smell reminiscent of a boys' gym. The bed sagged in the middle, the sheets reeked of dirt, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

Worst stay anywhere was here!

There wasn't a water bottle in the room. Arriving late to the hotel, it would be helpful to have a bottle of water in the room. The staff suggested that I could drink from the bathroom, fantastic!! Anyway I went to my car to get water and the keycard did not work on the way back and the staff couldn't open the door either. I had to wake up my wife and kid to get in, and if I had no one in the room I would be locked out of my room until the situation is resolved, which the staff said would be some time tomorrow, wow!!! This was one of the worst stays I had, and I don't think I will stay at any comfort inn again. The breakfast was bland as well, but at that point it had no importance.

Overnight stay at this hotel and the experience was above average based on pricing. Rooms were clean, staff were helpful and I would highly recommend this inn.

Positive: Comfortable bed,great pool and hot tub. Easy to use TV. Negative: Breakfast was okay, but some items were already gone early. Should have had adequate amounts of breakfast items.

This is my regular place to stay while visiting Yuma for business. The rooms are clean, the AC works great and the pillow top beds are very comfortable. The convenient outlets and USB ports are a nice touch. The staff at the desk are usually very friendly and welcoming. I normally don't give 5 stars for a Comfort Inn but there are a few exceptions and this is one of them. Update 10/24 Yes this is still one of the best Comfort Inns I have visited in the US. If this was the level of all Comfort Inns I would never stay anywhere else during my travels. Sadly I have seen some very bad examples, so I know that it takes work for this Yuma hotel to stay as good as it is. Great job.
