A military jewel of a hotel. My wife & I love this hotel. Our son is station here and our grandkids love to come over. They have a nice pool that we usually have to ourselves. The pool is open through October. Free breakfast. Nice staff. Good rooms. Very clean & well kept. The commissary is across the street. Each room has a large refrigerator, microwave, plates, utensils and a complimentary bag of microwaveable popcorn. There is a borrow cabinet that is available with different cooking gadgets for preparing meals in your room. Free dinner every Wednesday night. We will stay here every time we visit!

Such a wonderful and beautiful stay! Very clean bathrooms, quiet rooms from the people staying nearby, extremely comfy beds, and seeing as I have a toddler, the TV is mounted on the wall so not having to worry about it falling on her is a wonderful bonus. Ann at the front desk was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in the surrounding area as well! She was able to offer perfect recommendations for SO many things seeing as we've never been in this area before. She even gave us a little cheat sheet of things nearby and the amenities provided to us. Whenever we have family come into town to visit, we'll definitely be recommending this hotel for their stay! Thank you guys!

Came to yuma to see my grand kids on base. We stayed across the street it's part of the hotel annex. It's not too bad. it could be cleaner ( a little dusty). The family lived right down the street so it was very convenient. Has a kitchen, microwave, dishes, pots, and pan. Served in the army for 24 yrs and now retired, you would figure the breakfast wouldn't be like eating out of an MRE station. I understand it's a training post, so it's small. 25 min ride to the nearest Walmart. Commissary is right down the street. Staff were very friendly. Price compared to downtown much cheaper here on post.

This hotel located on the Yuma Proving Ground is very nice. Considering it is 8 years old, it looks brand new. A well-cared for property. IHG should be proud. ||||Upon arrival, we found that the entry drive to the front of the hotel is blocked off (probably for security reasons). I parked in front of the base gym walked into the hotel and checked in for our one-night stay. We were assigned room 126. On my IHG profile it states request the top floor away from the elevator. I talked to the clerk on duty and asked if there was anything higher than the ground floor. She worked her magic and got me a room on the 4th floor. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you, Mariah. ||There is a large parking lot in the rear of the hotel with two access doors into the hotel. ||The rooms face either east or west. So, if you don’t want the morning sun, request a west facing room. ||Our room was nicely appointed with a two-burner stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (though not a Keurig), plates, bowls, cups, fighting gear… everything needed for an extended stay. There is a large table/workstation along with 2 end-tables, recliner, and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The bathroom has a large vanity and there is a tub/shower combination. BUT… no in room safe. ||||On the hotel grounds there is a swimming pool and bar-b-que area.||||Breakfast was served in the morning and consisted of omelets, sausage, bread/toast, fresh fruit, cereal, and more. The hot foods were very hot. Overall, a very good breakfast.||||For dining there is located, on the south side of the parking lot, is the Coyote Lanes complex which has a diner. We ordered a pizza to go and ate in the room. ||On the northside of the hotel is the Commissary where you can purchase almost anything for your stay. ||As mentioned above directly in front of the hotel is the Base Gym and swimming pool. Located a short distance away is a Mini mart/gas station.||||This was an OUTSTANDING STAY at an IHG property. The quality of sleep was excellent due to the comfortable bed and there was no noise at all. And all staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Total for one night w/tax was $93.90.||||Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This hotel is surprisingly nice, considering everything around it. The rooms are new, there is breakfast every morning, and the staff are helpful. The rooms have everything you will need for an extended stay, full size fridge, stove top, dishwasher, desk, comfy bed, eating area, etc. The lobby is clean, the breakfast was hit or miss depending on what they put out. They also have a Wednesday complimentary dinner. While these aren't usually great meals, they are nice to have.

If you've got work on Yuma Proving Ground, this is an excellent place to stay. My room was extremely clean. The rooms are perfect for extended stay, there is a dinette in the room. The Commissary is next door, its available to military, retirees and dependents. The Coyote Lanes (bowling alley) serves food, it's just across the parking lot, and the Cactus Cafe, the post club is within walking distance. The Post Fitness Center and pool are across the street. Free breakfast in the morning at the hotel is excellent.
