Don't go here. The stay was OK. But was charged a 250.00 smoking fee and I have not smoked in a decade. They say the sensor system is 99 percent accurate. Interesting because I don't smoke or vape or drink or anything so I'm not sure what it was picking up. But there were people outside our room smoking. Food was OK but the indisputable non refundable charge is not worth the gamble. Plenty of hotels in the area where this won't happen. My first review by the way. I usually stay at best Western where ever I go over 5 years now because I'm a truck driver never had issues. But hey life isn't perfect I suppose.

Nice, standard lodging but not a bad thing at all! Everything worked, staff were helpful & pleasant. There’s an elevator (we were on the 3rd floor). The free breakfast was really good, too. Think it’s worth noting that a clean, comfortable hotel, requiring no concessions at a reasonable price, is really all one needs when you’re only there for a night or two 😉

This location is outstanding. Very clean, recently remodeled and the staff is polite and very helpful. Our room had a large TV, fridge and microwave. The morning breakfast offers a wide selection of warm food.

The hotel has a few rough spots but overall very nice. Great front desk staff. Rooms were small and felt more like a Micotel lay out, but enough room to be comfortable. Breakfast was great, pool was great (heated) kids loved it. Overall
I was very happy with my stay and would stay again if in the area.

Always have been happy with Best Western Plus hotels. This one has a convenient location to Interstate 8 and has multiple restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was great - never seen a yogurt dispenser like that one. Clean comfortable rooms - stayed a night on the way to San Diego and would stay here again if in the area.

From the start, parking is easy and plentiful. Desk clerks were friendly, very helpful, always pleasant. Room was larger than expected, nice layout, and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wifi is fast and supported netflix streaming without issue. The pool looked nice, saw many enjoying it, we did not have the time. Breakfast is standard fare, but glad they had it. Location is perfect as there are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. Pet friendly!! 🙂 Stayed with our two fur babies. There is dedicated dog relief areas with waste bags provided. There is also dedicated motorcycle parking. Overall was a great stay.

I stayed in Yuma one night called ahead and got to front desk to check in and Christina(hope I spelled it right) was so friendly and pleasant to work with, she looked up my points which I hardly ever look at, and she said I had 2 accounts, well she was going to look into it and guess what?, now I have one account and she got everything done, She went beyond her duty, so I got to my suite and it was huge, although I only used the bed room section, I ordered food from a local Chinese restaurant and got my dinner and of course no plastic utensils or napkins or even a paper plate, so went down by Christina and she set me up. This is one of the best Best Westerns, everyone was super friendly!!!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Nice work out area and breakfast room. Breakfast was the normal included breakfast. One day eggs and bacon and gravy. One day eggs sausage (very salty) and gravy. Also waffle maker available. Oatmeal, biscuits, granola bars, cereal, yogurt. Nice coffee machine that made espresso, latte, ect. Pool was to cold to swim in for us. But I don't think they heat it in Fall or Winter. Would definitely recommend.
