First time visiting the sandwich Shop, I ordered the classic Italian, no onions it was a pretty good sandwich. I wouldn’t say it the greatest Italian sandwich I ever had but it was ok, it took nearly 20 minutes. Not sure if I’ll go back.

After our nail appointments, we decided to try Capriotti’s. I ordered the Capastrami with American cheese instead of Swiss on an Italian roll. Hubby ordered the Wagyu Beef sandwich. Both were delicious. The Italian roll for my sandwich was devine. The Cole slaw is amazing. My hubby even liked the Cole slaw, and he’s usually not a Cole slaw fan. We will be going back.

I was told this place has great sandwiches, and it does! I ordered the Wagyu Cheesesteak with bacon, and it’s delicious! Sandwich was good size, the picture is half of the medium!

Trying for first time. Order cheese steak for my dinner for work. Let u know how it goes. A tad bit on the lighter side wish it were just a little bit bigger. Kind of pricey. But all across the board at sandwich shops are the same. I order cheese steak with the sweet peppers as opposed to the hot has a little different flavor but good overall. Would I come back yes..

Visited for the first time today. Had the Classic Cheese Steak. Tasted exactly like it should and it was a terrific value. The staff was friendly and helpful as they guided me through the menu and made suggestions. Will happily eat here again!

Love the Bobbie, but the cheese steak is just as great. The bread was perfectly soft but held up nicely. I need to try everything. I highly recommend Capriotti's.

Just had the worst 14.90 10-inch cheesecake! Wow,it's been a while since I had a delicious cheesesteak from Caps, and it's def not the same. There was zero flavor coming from this sandwich! Bland and disappointing. I will hit up another caps to see if it's this location only because every cheesesteak I've had from other locations was good. This just was gross with zero flavor.
You should train your staff to appreciate a tip and at least say thank you. Remember, we are not obligated to tip. A warm welcoming hello is appropriate in the place of business. Customer svc is going downhill, as will my tips. Haven't given up on Caps yet. Will give them another go in another city.

Ordered classic cheese steak and can't believe I spent $10 and some change for what seemed to be ground beef instead of steak. There was no onion or peppers or hardley anything else it mostly mushroom. Ended up being still hungry. Should of just got full at Taco Bell for that price.
