The server at the front was very rude and kept giving me and my wife dirty looks. Our burritos didn't even make it one bite before falling apart and the chips were stale. Worst experience at rubios I've had. I will not be coming back to this location as it's clear they don't care about the food, customer or community.

So good! I ordered in the app with a deal and got the quinoa lime bowl with grilled mahi mahi. So good and I love all the salsas. It was ready when I picked up.

This Rubio’s is shady and has poor customer service. They removed the classic fish tacos from their online/app menu items during their 99 cent fish taco promo to avoid people ordering them. I know this because i had to order from a different location. Young people lack training here and are unprofessional. Go to a different location. I recommend the one on Ray in Gilbert.

Rubios is a great place for coastal seafood dishes. My partner loves fish while I am more of a red meat or chicken person. Both our tastes are available here. The seasonings are perfecto and the fresh salsa bar is a treat. Several teas and adequate soda offerings. The seating is comfortable for the amount of time spent in this medium fast food atmosphere. There is an outside dining area overlooking a small body of water but it was much too hot today to enjoy dining outside. Looking forward to dining here again. Helpful wait staff at the counter who brought our food to our table and cleaned up for us when we were finished.

A mix between a fast food restaurant and a sit down restaurant. My wife and I both had the fish tacos. I suggest getting some salsa from the salsa bar. They serve Coke products.

I was fan of Rubios until today. The food was ugly. I ordered the fish tacos and the cabbage was old and smell bad like it was a long time in the refrigerate. No fresh at all. I'm giving 2 stars because you never know how the food is going to be. Some orders are wonderful, other so so and like today really bad. There is no consistency in the quality. No more fish tacos for me 🤮

I used to love this place. During Covid it seems to have gone down in quality. I got some fish tacos and the fish was bad and black. It put me off from going back. I went a few days ago and was given the wrong order. I called and they said they would put in another order right away. I asked them to wait as it takes me 10 minutes to get there. I didn't want my burrito cold and soggy. They put it in right away and I get there and it's in a warmer. I got home it was a soggy mess! So bad I can't even open it to add some lime or salsa. I took a few bites and get a terrible fishy taste. I spit it out and the fish was black! Which is from being processed wrong. I was already feeling light headed because I took my diabetes medication before opening the first burrito to find it was not what I ordered. So now I can't waste more time going back. I ended up eating peanut butter and jelly at the price of $13 and 2 trips. I wonder if like many places they changed supply companies during Covid. I never got black fish in 18 years of going there. Now the last 2 times. The Chipotle salsa hasn't been the same either. The burritos before covid were $7. Now it's $13 and the quality has gone down. The photo was the wrong order.

Best fish taco around. We get ours on flour tortillas. Instead of corn. Taco Tuesday has better prices.
