Second time the beef and cheddar brisket has been terribly dry. I tried to give another chance, however this location has completely gone down hill. I might try another firehouse subs as a usually get good food. However it will be a long time before I waste my money again. I will continue to eat at mom & pop restaurants

Okay, we were "warned" that the sandwiches we ordered were only 4 inches, AND the warning should have been there's ONLY 2 oz of meat. Good service, good flavor AND not worth the price. In today's economy, as we all suffer from BIDENOMICS, just leave the serving size alone or increase it slightly & raise the prices.

Also, wiping a table down just to enjoy our lunch, really solidified our never returning. There was not a clean table to be had & only 3 occupied. 😔

Subs were good.
Ordering process was terrible especially for older folks. After my wife spent 15 minutes trying to order 2 subs using those confusing kiosks, she stayed and help 2 older ladies with their order.
Recommend trashing the kiosks and hiring more servers.
We will not be back. Subway has much better serving process and the food quality is the same.

Firehouse used to be great, now it is rapidly becoming not worth the money. Pictured are the Mac-n-cheese side from the app and then what we got. They have gone to filling the $5.29 Mac-n-cheese about half full, adding double meat on a medium sandwich is now over $5. It isn’t worth $45 for two people to have a sandwich and side. Food is good, but it isn’t that good.

Challenging to try out the menu unlike JM's who gladly post their menu of offerings and prices along with options right online. If you are like us, and want your order made fresh - while you wait - you go to the store. Of course, since you hadn't had an opportunity to review the menu you are wasting the customer's time. We do not like online ordering apps because I want it made fresh and I carry it away rather than some stranger who has no vested interest in my meal, and who I also do not want on our property. That way, overseeing the preparation we have complete control. Bottom line, we simply do not go there but do visit a competitor twice a week nearby.

So I ordered a small BLT and a bowl of potato soap, while waiting for it both employees acted like it was bothering them that I came in. They made remarks “I hate this job” and then when they called my name they slammed my food on the counter. I went out to my car to check my order and my soup don’t look like soup.

So I got a call from the store manager Steven I think that’s his name, he was amazing and made sure I got a remake on my food from the 20th after I had a bad experience, well this time they earned all 5 stars.

Excellent sub sandwich! We had chicken club limited. It has been a few years since I walked in to order, and the ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, and again, I say this about every business that uses kiosks in replacement of a human and that of an opportunity for employment. Otherwise, I like the Nastagic atmosphere in Firehouse Subs!
