Quiet due to the rules of no visitation, which I think is strange if you're renting a room.
The manager was great at first knowing I was transferring jobs to Tempe and changed me 350.00 a week. Because I was desperate for a place to live I accepted and was highly disappointed to find a roach infested room with subpar equipment, a sink which flooded the cabinet and a filthy stove with an oven that didn't work.
I scrubbed the place from top to bottom and received nothing from the owner for my time.
After a few weeks I moved to another room which was better than the last but I still installed a new shower massage and soap dish, after scrubbing this unit down as well.although there were no roaches I found out that the previous tenant shot himself which explained the blood on the ceiling I had to clean. And I thought it was rust.
Once I moved my property from the storage unit the owner changed his tune becoming impatient with my biweekly pay.
At the end of it when the math was all done I overpaid him 280.00+dollars. He still evicted me and put me on the street and kept all my personal white towels, the two trash cans I brought, and I'm missing clothes and pillows as well.
I lost the job in Tempe, was on the street for two weeks in pain without my medicine and food all because he wouldn't wait for the paycheck I always showed up with and greed.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This hotel is beyond disgusting. Between the roaches and the residence I don't know who's more gross. I stayed there one time and I stayed there for about 2 hours before I ask for my money back due to not only the Cockroaches but the bed was not made and the bed sheets were Brown, Brown as in dirty Brown clearly it was supposed to be white. The bathroom was not clean there was still hair in the drain of the sink as well as the shower and the toilet look like it had not been clean for months. There was a terrible smell in the room I couldn't stand it I have to run money back within 2 hours and unfortunately, the manager said he was not able to provide me with a refund. When asked why he said that I had been there over an hour and that I had already use the bed in the shower when I had to explain to him that those things were already dirty when I had walked into the room to begin with. I argued with him for over an hour before he decided he wanted to call the police period when the police arrived they blatantly laughed in the manager's face However unfortunately I guess due to the hotel policies and regulations and policies and procedures or what have you the manager was able to keep my money and was the one who can make the decision of whether or not I could be provided with a refund. Unfortunately I had to suck it up and take the loss I would never recommend staying at this hotel ever to anyone.

I mean it's definitely outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint. But this place accommodates both my husband and I at a fairly reasonable price per week ((cheapest on Main st)) and the best thing about this place is I haven't seen one bug b the entire time we were there

If I could id give them a negative 12 stars. They were BEYOND rude and unprofessional. They cursed at me and spoke to me like I was beneath them someway. For whatever reason the man and women both demonstrated a disdain for me. I am a busy professional working in town who simply needed a clean room for a couple nights before leaving the area. Yet my $120 for 2 nights bought me the worst services ever. The man yelled at me for aproaching his window shirtless, threatend to call the police. Since when is it a crime to seek relief from the 105 degree weather? Eitherway this motel really let me down. I cannot recommend this place ever. I have to give my honest experience so you can make an informed dicision. Now as far as the room itself? It really wasnt bad at all. The room was kempt and tidy. They had new tile floors set recently. It was clean. All said, if the employees I interacted with were not employees there than Id recommend this place.

This Motel is in violation of heath codes and should be shut down immediately! It's completely filthy and has black mold in the bathroom!! When I arrived the owner talked to me like I was stupid and was rude. After going out to dinner and returning my key didn't work because I locked the door. Thought that's what keys were used for but apparently they are not. The next morning around 10 am the owners wife came to "clean" the room and insisted "You pay now or leave" I replied I needed to use an atm and again her reply was "You pay now or leave" in a loud voice. In return I told her my pleasure in an equally loud voice. Now the kicker here is the owner forced me to appologize to his wife and never come back before getting my key deposit back. Haha a whooping $5!! Should have told him to put it where the sun doesn't shine. Highly discourage anybody staying there.

Overall poor value for the money. Door locks recently upgraded to key cards. Improved lighting adds safety / security. The TV and phone is poor quality. The WiFi rarely works so you are paying for something you are not getting. No continental breakfast. Laundry machines on premises. Soda vending machine doesn't work most of the time. Some of the rooms have or had mold issues. No bug problems. In our unit, water from the roof leaked through the ceiling during heavy rain. No drama or problems with occupants like other motels near by. Maintenance is good and the owners are always around and do seem to care. I can tell they are trying to make the motel better. This is one of the better motels on the Main Street strip.
If they were to fix their neon sign in front, improve their WiFi and upgrade the TVs and phones.. my rating would be higher. I lived here for 2 and a half yrs and left 8/1/18.

The staff is very on there game. No bed bugs no roaches cleaned weekly and proper and this is before covid bs. they make sure they and you dont have troubles. Be wary of the area at night though massive problems can arise.
