Overall our stay was nice. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and they kept it full right until closing time which we appreciated. The pool area was well kept (just like the pictures) but the "heated" pool was way too cold to swim in January so we enjoyed the hot tub instead. The staff get 5 stars for friendliness and accommodating our room requests and other needs. The room itself was very clean but the hotel overall was a bit older and it showed in the worn furniture, body holes in the mattresses, etc. It's not the brand new posh feel, but was just fine and comfortable for our getaway. Location was in a good part of town, central and easy to access Walmart, restaurants, freeway and more. Free parking on the property and the lobby was very clean and pleasant.

I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of hotels. One of my biggest complaints is how dimly lit rooms and lobbies often are. This hotel has great natural light! I didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked great. I will definitely come back.

Staff is super courteous and accommodating. Clean property and rooms on the whole. Not much to be said about the location as it’s kind of in an industrial park/shopping location, it’s not super walkable. There is, however, a walking path along the river that’s close by. Putting green is a nice little bonus. No complaints.

Great, friendly staff. Decent breakfast in clean dining room. Pool/jacuzzi area nice and clean with stocked clean pool towels. Room was adequate, furniture and linens could be replaced, lots of wear and tear. Bathroom wall between shower and toilet had water damage. Corners of carpet need to be cleaned better, they are gray from dust and dirt.

Spacious and clean room! Friendly staff and good breakfast! Last minute stay was a nice stay! My toddler wants to continue to stay at a Hyatt hotel every time we’re in town! Much better than driving 3 hours home after a day of shopping and fun. We will be back!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last seven or eight years and I’ve always had a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and well maintains, the pool and spa very nice and the free breakfast is very good. The best part about this hotel is a staff who are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful And try to meet your need. The lobby and bar are nice to hang out at night as they have drinks and lots of TVs and places to sit.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a convention. The beds and pillow are nice. Also have the separate sitting areas was very convenient. The carpets are not worn down and it is in need of some renovations. The free breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The location was also prime for a few local restrurants and shopping. I do not have a comparison for hotels in that area as it was my first time in the area.

Would rate the Hyatt as average/very good. Check in was easy and girl at counter was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were awesome. Nice to have the small kitchen area with microwave, coffee pot and mini frig. Breakfast in morning was good. Nice to have clean towels at the pool. Mostly quiet at night. There was a few nights that pipes in the wall or something would start making a terrible noise around 3 AM. ||Needs improvement - Carpets need cleaned. Pool needs some attention. Water wasn't clear and had a green tint to it. Housekeeping was not the best. They clean every 3 days. Cleaning consisted of leaving clean towels, toilet paper, and making the beds. We had the same sheets for 10 days. One morning my lid wasn't on my coffee tight enough and I spilled some on the top cover. I thought once housekeeping came in they would change the top cover, NO, they just turned it around so the stain was at the foot of the bed. Vacuum was never ran.
