This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My family of 4 had booked a hotel in Mesa that gave us 1 bed for 4 people. They would not help us with a different room. It was midnight, and we had just finished a long flight. It was spring training for baseball in the area. We couldn't find another room and my children were very tired. The Sheraton somehow figured out how to free up a room with 2 queen beds for us when no other hotel in the area could. We will stay here again and will be eternally grateful for their help. And the hotel was perfect!

Friendly & Super Service

To start , very decent spacious room for myself , I stayed in room 456 for one night it was very nice and peaceful, I had no complaints for people being too loud or anything , I was able to get a great nights rest! The staff is top tier , as soon as I called for more towels , it was brought to me no later than 10 minutes. The staff member that had came to bring me what I asked for , happened to be the house keeping manager , her name was Peggy, such a sweet polite lady , she asked me if I had everything I needed and asked how I was doing during my stay at the Sheraton hotel, it made my night, peggy and overall the staff met up to my expectations! My room was also spotless as soon as I stepped foot into the door , and you cant beat the prices either! Thank you Sheraton for the best experience ever , I definitely will be booking again in the future ! keep up the good work! :))))

We had a nationwide board meeting for about 40 members. This hotel located by a lake in the Riverview Park. It looked modern and up-to-date both outside and inside. Given its location, the distance from the airport, ballrooms, equipment, meals and staff supports, it was very much overpriced. Its bad design did not have stairs close to the main lobby. The restroom floors in the ballrooms area were not cleaned by 8am Sunday morning. There were no soft drinks on Sunday. In a junior suite, the toilet cover was chipped. The light bulbs of the desktop lamp were out of order. When I switch them with the floor stand lamp, the desktop lamp was always on, because its switch was broken. The mirror in bathroom was somehow difficult to push back to wall.

My time spent at the Sheraton was excellent; I especially appreciated the great customer service throughout the hotel, clean rooms, and availability of food options including those at the restaurant in the hotel, Stats. Our server, Cassie, was exceptional and took care of everything we needed before we even had to ask. Overall I had a great stay, and I would definitely come back!

I had a great time at this hotel! The room was comfy and clean, and the staff were all very attentive. The restaurant Stats had lots of options, and the server Cassie was super friendly and made sure our lunch was enjoyable.

Seems everytime I stay at this hotel the remote only turns the TV on, but when they come up to fix it its a quick fix. Do they not check the TV prior to guest showing up. I have family and friends that stay at the Courtyard right next door and they say they have no issues there. Maybe I will take my business there. I just like the Sheraton because of the full service starbuck (minus the food) and the Bar and grill, but if I have to walk over to enjoy those and lose out on the roominess of the Sheraton rooms, I guess that's what I have to sacrifice.

I came for horror fest and everything was perfect. I flew in from Atlanta so I didn't have and transportation. I was going to walk to get something to eat when "Cassie" recommended they had some pretty good food there. She was right. After a little mishap, let's just say that she went ABOVE & BEYOND to make me feel comfortable. She definitely deserves a raise. The staff was perfect and the weekend stay was one of the best I ever had. Will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself. >:)
