The proximity of the hotel to the airport is great. My son and I stayed here for a soccer tourney in the area. The hotel is so unbelievable clean - our room and bathroom were very clean. The beds (2 queens) were extremely comfortable and we both slept very well. The breakfast served was very nice - quite large compared to other "breakfast included" hotels. There is plenty of area to spread out if there is a large group staying at the hotel to play games, sit together and just chat or to watch a game on a TV. But again - the cleanliness of this hotel is unbelievable. Lastly - as a mom of a soccer player who had to re-wear jerseys - the laundry on site was a very nice amenity as well. Stay here - you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was great. We felt like we had our own space to relax and work. The breakfasts were amazing. We loved the variety. We also attended the social and met some interesting people. This was the second time we stayed for over a week and will do it again.

My wife and I had a two bedroom suite.

Unfortunately we could not understand why there were only two coffee cups, coffee maker chipped, purple juice or ? stain in the refrigerator clear bin which was never cleaned. Poor silverware selection again with limited numbers causing my wife to hand wash frequently.

Food service area smaller that other Staybridge Suites. Hard for staff to keep up with food demand on Thursdays. We stayed an entire week. Breakfast was actually just fair. Liked the juice and milk option but it would be nice to also have a small fridge for skim milk. I would be nice to see sealed fresh muffins available daily (check out other mid priced hotels sometime).

Staff was friendly. Especially weekend staff.

Room service should be offered at least 2x/week if nothing else just to empty the trash and replace towels.

At other hotels, if I am a member I at least get offered free water and a snack. Evening pizza did not look good. We decided to eat out nightly.

The rooms are furnished with silverware and glass ware cook tops full size fridge this place is great.

My first week I had an issue with my first breakfast and social food quality.

But after that I never had another issue with the food quality again.

This was the first time we stayed at this location. We frequently travel to Phoenix for club volleyball tournaments. We usually stay at the Staybridge near Talking Stick, but that was unavailable. The location was great. It was right off 51, but my goodness the nightly front desk staff were rude and unpleasant.

The biggest reason we choose Staybridge is because of the room size. We have two small children who do not like to attend the volleyball games so we'll keep them at the room. But during our stay the power went out for several hours.

I will say that the day staff were very nice and always greeted us when we came and went.

Outstanding service starting with check in, especially we were staying for week and were using points and my husbands IHG card, so basically 3 reservations for 3 of us and they kept us in two same rooms and made it very smooth. Raphael outstanding, friendly and professional, especially during social hour in evening and quality of food very good. Also morning server and food excellent and we didn’t care for channel on tv and he happily turned station for us.
We really enjoyed stay and will be returning in early March. We felt like we were at home thanks to service of staff!

Found this hotel while looking for one close to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where my child was being transported to be admitted. Hotel Location is walking distance to hospital and the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for me and my 3 other children. Even though we were experiencing an extremely stressful event (having one of my children hospitalized), our day was made a little better by choosing to stay here. Hotel staff were courteous, empathetic, and helpful. Already planning to stay again.

Easy to get to off of the freeway with convenient locations for food after a 10 1/2 hour drive.

The service - okay.

The room - absolutely gross! The reviews must have been to a better room than mine because mine was disgusting. The bathroom is so small; door is so inconveniently located to where you literally have to push yourself against the shower to get out! What an absolute idiotic design! The shower has brown stuff all over the bottom corners; the sink is gross and clogged. The furniture has stains everywhere. I hope I don’t catch anything from staying in this hotel! What a complete waste of money!

To the hotel management: you need to have better attention to detail. Check out the room I stayed in and tell me if you would stay in it? The room needs some serious TLC! Get your staff on it. And why is it that no one cleans the overflow on the sinks! Would you want your face near it knowing how many people have brushed their teeth and washed their face on it? It’s black and lathered with some thick goo! Get your cleaning crew to clean it. I am once again disappointed in IGH! If it’s not luxury I am no longer staying with this hotel chain. This is the reason why AIRBNB was created!
