The hotel it self is over priced at 270 a night and the place is under construction and a little overwhelming because if it. The room was okay the walls are paper thin and u can hear ur neighbors talking and slamming the door. U can also here there toilet flush. Sad really. The shower is jacked up and there is a gap under the door so big a small child could crawl in. It’s nothing like the pictures on the web site. It was so bad I will call and complain. What a bad night.

Positive: The friendliness of the hotel staff; excellent customer service. Negative: Bathroom has mold on the ceiling, elevators are filthy, ice machine is out of order, jacuzzi is out of order, construction in the room right above ours so there has been constant pounding since 7am!!! The bar and resturant are also closed.

I stayed here recently, and had an excellent experience! Granted the construction was noisy, but the nice lad at the front desk had an infectious smile and a can-do attitude and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I believe his name was Tyler. I can't wait to see what this place looks like once renovations are complete!

This was not the best experience. We stayed only one night & left. Our unused beds had hair in it, the water pressure was low, & the shower head was broken. The pool did not look very clean as well. At the time, there was room construction going on early in the morning. Granted, the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time. We may attempt staying here at a later date... maybe.

I hate putting negative review but the experienced is disappointing. Early morning there’s loud noises. They’re renovating some of the rooms. Woke me up with a headache 🤕. The floor carpet inside the room is way too old and dirty, couch got lot of dirt marks and stains. It’s not clean at all. It’s sad because I love Hilton. This is inconsolable experience!

What makes this hotel some is its efficient and helpful front desk staff, especially Gabriel and Jackie. In several ways, they made me feel truly valued as a guest, such as calling me by name and graciously helping me every time they could. I would rate it a five except for the remodel, sometimes-closed pool, and quite expensive but nice breakfast that doesn't have a sign indicating there's a charge. I'd still go back, though.

This place is awful!! We've stayed at several Hilton hotels and this is by far the worst!! There's essentially no water, it's at a trickle and not even enough for the shower to operate at all!! they have a set up like Continental breakfast and front desk doesn't tell you that's not included without a special package (And to clarify it is separate from the restaurant) got my daughter a plate with some fruit tater tots and a yogurt was chased down (humiliating ) and charged 16.25!! Outrageous!!! The room is gross with stains all over the furniture, the pool is massive and deep which is amazing but they say it's heated and it's ice cold, same with the Jacuzzi and the jets don't blow out they blow up! I would say motel 6 years ago was better than this place. I can't remember EVER staying in a place this bad! The pool area is packed with Construction materials. I could go on and on... I haven't even stayed the night here yet and I'm supposed to stay for two. I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here!! I wish I could attach photos here!

The beds are hard, toilets and restrooms are small, pool and hot tub are closed and gross. Construction all over the hotel. Charged more than advertised. TV stopped working second night.| |This hotel has potential but the management doesn’t care.
