Tagged along on a work vacation that my mother had, over all it was a great location, great staff on board as far as house keeping, security and as well as the valet parking. The staff for the most part was very friendly, welcoming and outgoing.

Coming down to our last day a few hours before we left we did encounter one of the ladies who work at the front desk she was not very kind, maybe it was a bad day for her which understandably we all have on occasion it just should not be projected onto guest who may have a question. Aside that, hotel was very clean, and felt very comfortable during our 3-4 day stay.

I love that they had a restaurant located in the lobby which we were able to enjoy during our time stay. We would both come back again to this hotel and stay.

Ebony was great and super helpful. She is truly the reason I am writing this review. The other staff members were also very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was decent and the lobby was very clean. I would recommend this for a two day stay but not a 5.

One of the best parts of my stay was because of Ebony. Always greeted with a warm smile. It was a pleasure each day to return to the hotel and to grab a cup of Starbucks coffee and to have a quick conversation. Amazing customer service with a personal touch

I was visiting Phoenix to see a concert at the Financial Theater and was looking for a decent place within walking distance of of the venue. The Hyatt was close by and a well known name, so I booked a room. The hotel is very nice and super convenient to the venue. Valet parking was convenient if a bit pricey ($45). Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and fresh, but nothing special. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It came with a complimentary breakfast that was just OK…typical fair…expected a little better from a Hyatt. The experience was OK, but expensive for what it was. Guess you pay for convenience. Will look for other alternatives in the area the next time I’m in town for a concert.

For me, this hotel was all about location, location, location. Close enough to walk to the ballet, convention centers and the like, but far enough away too. Self-parking, located a block away. What also sold me were the above-average gym and the varied breakfast options. Also walking around the area at night was relatively safe.

We came in for a few days of relaxing after the concert at Footprint Center. So far, the stay is nice. Could use improvements on the side of food. Limited fresh fruit. Could use employees checking on guests while having breakfast. Cleaning tables and counters that have food that has been spilled. The room is nice. Has fridge, safe, outlets for chargers. Comfortable bed. Overall, it's a good place. There are plenty of places to walk around to find places to eat.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I was attending a workshop for business. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I felt at ease and secured. The hotel elevators needed the room key to go past the first floor. The food provided at the workshop by the hotel was scrumptious. The downtown area was under construction, but everything was in walking distance. The metro was nearby, so it was easy to jump on and jump off a few blocks down. The hotel was across the street from a beautiful pavement park encircling the Orpheum Theatre. Beautiful place to just sit and read, people watch or just hang out. Everything was great.

The location was perfect for a night away staycation. We live in mesa, so we are familiar with the area. My partner went in to check in, the ladies working Saturday night, 2/15/2025 at approximately 9:30 pm were rude to him right off the bat. We drove around to find the hotels parking, it seemed like it was closed so he went back in to question. They couldn’t even look him in the eyes to speak to him. They told him self parking would be around $35, and valet about $45. He said ok, let’s just do valet (to get the process done quicker so we could go out for our Valentine/Valoween). You would think that this would’ve been an introductory question as he was checking in the first time he came in? (“Would you like self parking or valet, here are the price options…here are the locations”) sort of thing. Instead of us driving around for 10 mins to try to find their parking that we couldn’t get into anyway……Beyond that, we sat at the valet parking spot, after his second trip into the lobby, for 15 mins, until he decided to go back to the lobby FOR A THIRD TIME. To find the ladies at the desk, gabbing about men and other unprofessional conversations. They then told him to just text the number on the card……that they hadn’t given to him during his second visit into the lobby to find out about parking. So now we are 3 lobby visits in, just to park. As he walked out of the lobby, he caught a valet gentleman, and was able to finally ask him about what to do. This associate was attentive, also helpful and got the vehicle taken care of right away. When I then walked in with him to go to our room, my first time in, the front desk staff was still sitting and chatting about unprofessional topics. The ladies at check out in the morning, 2/16/2025, were friendly and full of smiles. So was the valet attendant. 10/10 for them, however 0/10 for the night staff. The room was cozy, until I stepped on a toe nail clipping shortly after walking in. We set down our items, I went to change my shoes to heels for the evening, and stepped right onto someone else’s toe nail clipping……
