I love it here and so does my kids. Even though its in a bad area they make sure that you know you are safe with 24hr security. The staff is nice and helpful. They are always smiling and offering a helping hand. I think staying here has been one of my best hotel experiences ever. Thanks so much for all of the good hospitality, I love it💗💗💗💗💗

Positive: The only part we liked was that the hotel had gated parking and on duty security Negative: The hotel staff were rude, the keys stopped working after the first day so they had to be reactivated . the room was small and smelled like smoke even though we reserved a non-smoking room. The linens seemed dirty and didnt get changed out. Area not safe.

Not the greatest surrounding area but all in all the place was really decent (I mean for what you pay for but still) property is kept clean. The rooms were Clean, I had zero noise complaints inside or out, no bugs and the young man at the front desk is awesome, I feel welcomed when I walk in Everytime and they do cash payment with no deposit so it's easier on the wallet. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Positive: "" Negative: People were arguing outside and above me all night long. I had an early flight and I was unable to sleep. I did call the front desk and people continue to be outside. The noise level was terrible. You could hear everything, super gross and uncomfortable

New to the area.
Did not realize this would be in a bad area town to the point if there were gates around the hotel at which made me feel uncomfortable. Stay there for 5 days. However, I mean office very workable. However, the rooms were not as clean as I would like them. And did have a problem that I needed to change to another route and they were very accommodating for that.

Thank God they had parking behind a gate cause there's a lot of homeless people around this hotel and area. Room was clean Location is abysmal but grateful that we could park behind a locked gate FR.
