This place is beautiful. The front office and the property are well taken care of. The staff was great very friendly and welcoming. The front desk clerk even tho in training she was so courteous and made the checking in process fast without any problems. The room is great, smells good, the bedding and towels are fresh clean, the furniture very nice, the bathroom and sink area are really really well kept. Housekeeping keeps these rooms amazing. The fridge is updated, their is a coffee maker with coffee packets cups and condiments, iron with ironing board, plenty of lighting and the front window is large. Over all bright, clean, safe and convenient all that and the price for the room is what makes it perfect for me to be a repeat customer for sure. I love this place.

I’m giving this a 3 because the room is clean and decent size and they let us check in early. Pretty disappointed in this choice. We had a 1 night layover and because the weather was beautiful I wanted an outdoor pool. The pool was dirty and full of leaves. The hot tub was lukewarm. There are lounges and there is one table available. No umbrellas so when it’s hot it is really hot. |The AC worked well but is so loud that it woke us up every time it went off and came back on. This place is right under a major highway and the noise is horrible. The staff cleaning were basically yelling to be heard. Add to that the noise of a leaf blower and it was very frustrating. The beds are fine a bit soft for me but many would like this. The pillows are terrible- all 6 of them are chipped foam that is lumpy and hard. |There is absolutely nothing here. The closest convenience store or any kind of store is 3 miles away. Restaurants are 2 miles away but there is a pub in the hotel.

Clean rooms. AC worked well. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and courteous. Free WiFi and breakfast. Shuttle was easy to use. I appreciated the lack of carpeting in the room
We stayed for 2 nights due to flight cancellations. I was glad it was so easy to stay here. If you need somewhere near the airport and don't want to spend a fortune, you can't go wrong here.

I stayed April 4th in room 126 with my family of 3 total. This place definitely understood the assignment of no carpeting. New flooring and new walk in shower in the bathroom made the room so crisp and clean. when we first walked in it smelled like freshly mopped floor I quickly took off my shoes and felt so good just to walk barefoot in the room. The sheets were crisp and clean and more than enough pillows for a good night's rest. My daughter enjoyed the lounge chair to read her book. The front lobby was very wide and open great coffee for breakfast was available there and we were able to use the computer and printer in the lobby. Joel was a sweetheart. We will be staying here in the future and recommend anyone who needs something close to the airport you won't find anything else their shuttle service is five star as well. The front desk was very accommodating for extra incidentals and for a dollar we were able to purchase laundry soap and wash all of our clothes in their nice laundry room the dryer was great.

Very nice room, the tile floor was great, more hotels need to do that! The sound from the airport is loud but steady, like having a white noise machine always on, I actually kind if like it. There are earplugs in the rooms which is a nice touch. Being able to order from the restaurant and take it back to the room was awesome, the food was delicious too. Everyone was friendly and I'm glad I ended up there.

I stayed at the Extend-a-Suites on Elliott Road in Tempe. When I arrived, I paid for 3 nights with the understanding I could cancel if my husband was discharged from the nearby hospital earlier than Thursday, per the information on their website. My stay was horrid! Some of the outlet covers were missing. The lamps were not even plugged in. I asked for a 1st floor room, or near the elevator, and was given the farthest room away from the elevator, on the 2nd floor. The toilet had pubes on it, so not cleaned. The TV screen was visibly cracked, affecting viewing. The toilet was so low pressure, I had to flush 3 times for just pee. There was no cover on the exterior light next to the door. When I tried to appeal to the desk clerk for a refund, she was adamant and ended up being rude. I am a senior on fixed income. My husband was discharged early, and we live 4 hours away. So I ended up paying for 2 nights when I didn't even stay in that nasty room. Simply shameful to take advantage of senior citizens in that way. I will never stay with this chain ever again.

Had a very pleasant experience staying here. Close proximity to the airport. My flight landed, I called and they were great at giving me the information I needed to get a shuttle and where I needed to go to be picked up. The driver and gentleman at the reception were very nice. The room was very clean, had a fridge which is always great. They even give you ear plugs in case the plane noises get loud, which didn’t bother me but I thought that was a nice gesture. Room was a good size too and was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend if you need to stay near the airport.

I only stayed here to sleep, as it it only minutes from the airport, so I can’t speak on most of the amenities but the room was clean and everything functioned properly. I love seeing rooms updated with hard floors instead of carpet! I also like the parking situation, you’ll most likely be able to park near your room. Would definitely stay again.
Just keep in mind, especially if you are in a room along the highway that you’ll be listening to that all night! But they provide earplugs so that’s nice.
