This resort was unbelievable! I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the room and property. The grounds were immaculate. There was not one leaf out of place! Weft and Warp had amazing food and cocktails, as did the pool bar.I highly recommend this resort! It was perfection!

This resort is beautiful. It’s quiet, with thoughtful desert landscaping and mid century modern furnishing in the bungalows. The staff is always there to help but never intrusive. I had breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant. Both were great with attentive service.

Excellent resort that met our needs perfectly. Visited with friends on a golf trip and the Andaz was well located in Scottsdale, central to all of the courses we were playing.||The resort has a modern feel and decor, with individual ground level bungalows. All rooms have a small outdoor space with seating. The grounds have games and fire pits for the cool winter evenings. The heated pool and hot tub were great, as was the pool bar. ||Rooms were nice, bed and pillows were comfortable.||Check in was easy and included a complementary prickly pear lemonade (with or without vodka!)||Would definitely stay again

Our stay was awesome! The resort is beautiful and the landscape is outstanding. The food is amazing and so is the guest services. The rooms were were thought out; however attention to detail in the bathrooms could be improved a bit (tile grout cleaning, and sink crevices). Overall this is a beautiful location to stay at.

We found out after the fact that we paid almost 3 x the normal rate because of the popular time we went. The rooms are very small and musty smelling and very outdated. Their service at the restaurants were not great. They didn’t really know what was going on. The service at the pool bar was fabulous. You have to pay $25 a day to use the spa which I think is ridiculous. The spa only has one little steam room that’s it so there’s really not much to it. there’s only one Yoga service and it’s in the mornings at 7:30 AM. When I’m on vacation, I don’t want to get up at the crack of dawn to work out. We thought we were going to a wellness spa resort where we’d have options for yoga and meditation and sound bath and spa activities, but we were very very wrong. The view of Camelback mountain was great! But overall, I definitely would not go back.

The common areas are absolute showstoppers. The lobby flows seamlessly into a gorgeous bar area, and the pool creates that perfect resort atmosphere you're looking for in Scottsdale. The addition of live music on many evenings adds to the sophisticated yet relaxed vibe.

The staff delivers on the high-end resort experience with their friendly, accommodating service. However, there were some comfort issues with the rooms - specifically temperature control was challenging, and the pillow selection wasn't ideal for a good night's sleep.

Despite the minor comfort issues, the overall experience at Andaz is impressive. The property successfully captures the essence of luxury desert living with its thoughtful design and layout, and we hope by our next visit, they can purchase a few foam pillows 😉

From the exceptional staff to the lovely, well-kept grounds and pool area, my daughter and I had a lovely stay for a long weekend. ||The rooms are nice but fairly basic and love the easy access to a private patio. I would recommend new towels as they have all seen better days and are thin and a bit grey. All service requests (by text) were answered very promptly and by their very friendly staff. ||Food was great though a bit pricey - doesn’t help that the Canadian dollar is horrible at the moment. ||Location is excellent. Less than 10 mins to Fashion Square and Old Scottsdale. 15 mins to Kierland Commons. Some restaurants and a Trader Joes a short walk away. Ubers arrive very quickly. They have a complimentary shuttle within 3 miles though we only found out by accident. Would recommend letting people know when they check in. ||All in all, a terrific spot!!

This resort has a nice spread out layout, with groups of 6 rooms scattered on the large property, with grass and big trees and various lawn games! The bathrooms are enormous .. the shower alone is larger than a typical hotel bathroom! There is a modern mid-century influenced vibe with the architecture, art, and furniture. It is a very comfortable place to hang out! We also have enjoyed many meals at Weft and Warp, they have an interesting menu not typical hotel fair.
