Absolutely terrible customer service. I asked why they were using a motorized leaf blower to clean the parking lot. The manager said there was nothing she could do because they pay to have it done. I call bs on this because all the other Flying J’s I’ve seen have mini street sweepers. It shows a serious lack of regard and respect for the customers. Our truck washes were literally blown away in a matter of seconds. Next time I use that Blue Beacon I won’t be buying anything at this Flying J again.
Edit to add: the young man running the blower saw were upset and offered to blow the trucks off, for which we were very thankful to him for. It brought my review from one to two stars.

This review goes out to the workers there especially Irma. I cannot express how much I miss you, I was recently let go from my job, but you are absolutely the best. I have nothing but love for this store. The only thing that concerns me is your pumps, we are pass November Irma 😆. But seriously if you decide to stay here or get fuel make sure you give Irma and the rest of the workers lots of love.

Stop here for fuel, and decided to shower since on app was showing a short wait time for showers. Waited long for a darn shower! Asked associate and supposedly they are short staff and had no one to clean the showers.
