Great hotel--perfect location (especially with the gas station and Oregano's next door!) right off the interstate, making it easy to get around. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast was free and started at 6AM. Loved that there was a water bottle filler in the lobby! Rooms were not super soundproof--we could hear basically everything that was happening in the hallways. Previous reviews mentioned having to pay for parking, but we didn't get charged. We had a gift card but had some issues, so didn't get to use the full amount on the card because it wasn't going through and had to pay a little more out of pocket than expected.

I was greeted promptly with a smile from the front desk clerk Matrisa. Our diamond status was not recognized although it’s not a big deal, it’s just appreciated. Naturally I was pleased that we were offered a room upgrade. However, I was instantly unimpressed upon entering the room. The full length mirror was cracked diagonally across the middle, the carpet was frayed along the seam with the floor, there was a tear on the couch arm, and the inside of the bathroom door was scratched by what appeared to be the nails of an animal that was left unattended inside the bathroom. I returned quickly to the front desk to request a different room. Matrisa accommodated my request after asking what my concerns were. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had acknowledged some accountability for the state of disrepair found in the room. ||I stay at Hilton branded hotels frequently, and usually Hampton Inn is my go to hotel. This location was not impressive. It appears as though the hotel has cut corners to save money at the expense of guest comfort. The tile work in the bathroom was poorly executed, with the cuts of tile exposed at the bathtub rather than a under the sink where it wouldn’t be seen, and the wall trim tile was missing its bullnose. As a result there was an unsightly buildup of dust and dirt along the trim tile. The bathroom towels were threadbare and scratchy. The bathroom outlet was wedged behind the sink, making it difficult to plug anything in. ||The breakfast was typical for this brand. Compliments to the friendly young woman keeping the food stocked. They greeted me with a warm smile and asked, “ How are you this morning?”. But in the theme of “Cutting Corners” the waxed paper plates must have run out because the only plates available were standard paper plates, that required a few layers in order to hold their shape and our breakfast! ||I was completely aware of the extra charge for parking but don’t feel it is warranted. The location is directly off the highway. As far as I can tell the only way to reach this hotel is by car and it’s not as though it’s located in a busy city location with limited parking. ||On the positive side- My room was relatively quiet and I slept well. My room faced the entrance side of the hotel and had a large picture window which was lovely. The coffee in the morning was strong and tasty!

Most important - NO HOT TUB!! We booked through the Hilton app which didn’t have many photos. We went on google and saw a lot of photos of the pool and hot tub. They filled it in. What a bummer. After a long day of hiking, skiing, etc. you want to soak in a hot tub.. this was seriously such a bummer and deal breaker for us. We won’t be booking again due to this. The rest of the hotel was okay. One of our bed’s sheets were dirty and we requested them to be changed. Breakfast was complimentary and was appreciated. Employees were nice. There is a dirt lot behind the hotel to park larger vehicles which is nice. We enjoyed having a gas station and restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel itself is lovely, great location, fantastic staff, breakfast was excellent! The facilities are modern, no hot tub though unfortunately. The single only negative was the charge for parking! $7.50 per night, there is nothing else around- you have to park there, it’s not in a city or anything so it’s just a money maker! The website said free parking, we get there and all of sudden it’s $7.50. I know it’s not a bank breaker, but it’s the principle. Otherwise everything else was perfect. I would recommend, except the rip off parking fee.

This is a great hotel in great location for all of our activities. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was mediocre at best, burnt pre-made cheese omelets, waffles, bacon, potatoes. Nothing fancy, so we ate elsewhere. The one reason we stayed here was the Complimentary self parking as advertised on the Hampton Inn website, but low and behold, we were charged $7.50 a night for parking. At this point during check-in I had to accept this additional charge since it was late with no time to look for another hotel. Don't be a follower and charge for parking like the adjacent hotel, be a leader and have Complimentary parking like your website shows. I probably would never stay here again because of the false advertisement.

The room was beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and convenient. The only two things I didn't like about this hotel is the location b/c it's next to the Purina pet food factory and when you go outside the smell is terrible. So if you're sensitive to smell I don't recommend it. They currently only have one washing machine working. I will say the restraunt across the parking lot is nice. It's also next to a gas station as well.

Stayed here for one night this past weekend and we had a good stay. We arrived around 4pm along several other people but check in was quick.

Usually when checking in, I am given a snack / drink for my Diamond Hilton status but didn't get that here. The worker could've been friendlier, but whatever. She gave me the key, the run down of the breakfast schedule, and up the elevator to the fourth floor we went.

We reached our door and it was open. Not all the way but it was obvious that whoever was there last, did not pull it shut. We questioned if we should walk in or not and we just decided to go in to not have to deal with going back downstairs....

We walked in and the room looked normal and nothing looked suspicious, phewwww. The room was spacious as it had two queen beds and we had a view of Oreganos and the golf course.

Parking was great as I took one of the front diamond spots. AC worked well and the beds were comfy. Overall, I would stay here again!

*This is a dog friendly hotel. There was a dog staying in the room across from ours and he would bark when he would hear people in the hallway. Bring ear plugs!

I love the rooms and the ability to be able to get my room located next to my sons and grandkids. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us
and our needs. The breakfast was phenomenal, love the smoked sauces that they served, along with all the variety of different items that were available to even the pickiest eaters my kids.
