My personal experience at Ginza was very pleasant. I sat at the bar and I ended up striking up conversations left and right. The staff were super friendly and I had an all around good time being there. The food was delicious. It was my second time coming in and it was consistently great food. I had the dragon roll and eel tempura roll, they definitely compete with the RA sushi's of the world and it is top contender for one of the best sushi places in Arizona. I hope everyone can have as good of an experience as I did.

OMG wow! I’m saying this because I am so excited that we have a delicious Sushi restaurant in our own backyard!! This place has everything, hot saki, rolls galore, raw fish (with glowing ice), wine, Asian beers, friendly staff, and so much more. Everyone, please check it out, you won’t be disappointed!!! 🥰😘😋

I cannot say enough about this restaurant bc they made sure everything was perfect for my birthday party order to go! Maggie even messaged me that morning to confirm what sushi & sashimi I prefer before making the order fresh to go! Her staff was also very friendly asking if we needed water or anything while we wait for our pick-up order which was very nice of them.
All I can say is my family was raving about how fresh the sushi was and the taste was out of this world especially the octopus was on point which many sushi chef’s aren’t but Maggie the sushi chef/owner make it taste so good like butter! All the sushi/sashimi cuts were excellent and I honestly felt I was in Scottsdale but no more bc we have our new favorite sushi place right here in gold canyon now 😍 The cucumber salad is also a must try bc it was so light and crisp which made it so refreshing. The rolls were also on point & delicious. Check out pics to see what I ordered it was all yummy. Thank you Maggie for making my birthday extra special!

My husband and I have been needing some good sushi lately. We were very pleasantly surprised finding this spot right near our hotel! The atmosphere was upbeat with very friendly staff! Our waitress was very kind and always had a smile. The sushi (I got the Rainbow Roll) was just how I like it... A ton of the filling (the good stuff), while the rice was just enough not to overtake the roll. Highly recommend!!

Service was absolutely trash. There was an older woman greeting and she had long gray hair. She looked at us when we came in, didn’t say anything and then when we asked if we should sit somewhere she aggressively pointed at the wait to be seated sign. Unbelievable behavior. As she seated us she was acting like doing her job was a huge inconvenience, slapped the table for some reason and like abrasively scoffed at us when we asked about happy hour. I can’t believe this woman is employed.
We say for 15-20 min and no one came to take our drink orders or even introduce themselves so we ended up just leaving. On the way out another waitress took my complaint and asked for my number and promised that the owner would call me which was so unnecessary but she insisted. I never got a call so I’m not sure why she would insist on it that way.
The restaurant itself feels like a cafeteria and the greeter woman completely destroyed our experience.
Unimpressed is an understatement, do better.

I just ordered food to go from here for the first time. Bruce helped me at checkout and was very sweet and knowledgeable.
I got miso soup for my sick husband and hot and sour soup with chicken for my mom.

My husband LOVED the miso. Said it hit the spot and was delicious.

My mom said the hot and sour soup was the best In Gold Canyon. Was a little thinner than she’s used too, and maybe a bit too much white pepper, but otherwise she did enjoy it.

I also picked up two California rolls and they were also very good!!

We will be coming back ❤️❤️
