This was my first visit. My daughter thought the Vanilla Almond Iced Latte tasted great. The Green Tea was good. The croissant and the croissant sandwich were a bit smooshed. I think this place would be much better if the service was better. The staff needs to greet the customers with a smile. She did not smile once the entire time we were there. Hospitality and personality go a long way.

Customer service is excellent. The staff is very savvy with latte art and they are very friendly. They made the most perfect oat milk cortado and even made some latte art (see picture attached). I appreciate how attentive the staff were every time I went. This is what the experience of coffee shops used to be and should be: welcoming & personalized.

Love Groundshaker coffee bar!!! Love their creations every week something new😍 and yesss they brought back their pumpkin spice cheesecake muffin for the holidays. Breakfast wraps are delicious and filling. Lunch wraps are perfect and made just for you! Service is great and love their theme.

I love a good theme throughout a shop...and this place delivers. The cowboy decor starts from the building sign and continues through the shop and even into the bathroom (I give extra points for that!). There are many breakfast options, and I really liked that they had four different wraps for lunch. It's nice to have lighter options, and my turkey bacon ranch wrap was very good along with my Arnold Palmer. My only complaint is that the owner or manager was sitting at the bar working on a laptop and talking loud on a phone call and then talking about other employees, who weren't there, with the employers who were working... it wasn't anything real rude but was unprofessional in my opinion.

I live in the east valley but anytime i stay the night on the west side I make it a point to stop here on my way back east. The service is top notch and the coffee is great!! The price for a large hot drink today came with a cash discount and it was at least $2 cheaper than its near by competitor and in my opinion much much better!! can't wait until I'm on that side of town again!!

My first time here it was amazing! Coming back was a disappointment. Rude employee, took 10 minutes to get our coffee and seeing them talking on their phones. We wait get our coffee and she doesn’t say a thing just turns back around to talk to her other co-worker and look at her phone. We didn’t get straws.. so we had to wait again for her to look up from her phone and stop talking to realize we were still there. Keep in mind no one was ordering.

There is one thing that makes this place good, it's the cold brew! Definitely worth checking this out if you love your cold brews.

However, the staff seem so sad! 😕 And the vibe leaves much to be desired. With some changes in lighting, liveliness, artwork and music, this place would be a hot spot!!

Nadia, Valerie, and Jean are the best ever! No matter how busy the place is, they make you feel like you are the most important person there. This coffee shop feels like the local secret that I actually want folks to know about. Especially since they are surrounded by corporate competition. Pro tip- the vanilla poundcake iced latte is where its at!
