I recently visited and tried the holiday cocktails, which were fantastic — definitely a highlight of the experience. However, the appetizers were mediocre at best, leaving something to be desired. That said, the drinks were great, and I would definitely return for more cocktails in the future. As for the food, I'm not sure if I'll be back for that. Overall, a solid experience, but room for improvement.

I visited on Valentine’s Day with a friend and our two children. There were more families present that night than couples or solo diners and that was ok. Overall, I was impressed with the staff and service we received. The restaurant seemed well prepared for a busy night, the staff didn’t feel overwhelmed and things flowed smoothly. My rating is based solely on the food I ordered. I ordered Brussels sprouts and calamari (not pictured) as an appetizer. I ordered a Medium Ribeye steak topped with garlic butter ($1 up charge) mushrooms & onions ($3 up charge), and mashed potatoes with asparagus. My alcoholic drink was featured for the night and was $14.99. I received my drink first and had instant regret, there was maybe a teaspoon of alcohol and it was loaded with ice. When my appetizers and entrees arrived they were all….warm. I’ve never experienced this at a restaurant. Fresh from the kitchen and…warm. You could immediately bite into your food like it was at room temperature. Very strange to say the least. I also did not like that the mushrooms on my steak were canned and not fresh or actually grilled. For 2 appetizers, 1 steak entree, 1 alcoholic drink and 1 kids meal my total came to $96 which isn’t bad at all. I just wish my food had been piping hot and that I didn’t pay for 2 plastic ducks floating in a tub of ice juice.

What we ordered:

Modelo
Prosecco

Entrees:

Limited time only trio dip appetizer (spinach, artichoke dip, guacamole, and queso)
Shrimp tacos with no cilantro
Deep dish pizza large

Let’s start off with that. My beer was a bit warm so I decided to switch to a different type of drink. The appetizer was pretty good was actually solid decently sized as well. Definitely more chips because we definitely had to order more for sure. My shrimp tacos were probably the whitest version of shrimp tacos I’ve ever had super bland and just full of cabbage and the carrots that you get at the grocery store for salads just tasted a little bit freezer stale the shrimp were overcooked and not really seasoned correctly like some pieces would have way too much seasoning and someone wouldn’t have any at all and the pizza was all right. Nothing to brag about but wasn’t horrible.

Ordered online 1/6. Food was awful. Tried to get resolution thru contact us and have heard nothing. Pizza was like it was hours old. Tried to eat but was inedible. See pics. Breadsticks could also have been used as a weapon they were so hard.

The service was great and the atmosphere was good
It's been several years since I had pizza here and their recipe for the dough has completely changed for the worst. The pizza dough is literally like fluffy bread, no texture or flavor resembling pizza even remotely. The sauce was barely on the pizza like they ran out when making it. Until this recipe changes I'll go back to their hamburgers. Now that dough recipe if made into a hotdog bun would be phenomenal. It reminds me of Texas toast from Kane's.

The service was great. First time there, and it was great. Our server was very knowledgeable of their food items and preparation. We had the avocado egg rolls. They were delicious. I had the jambalaya, and even though I thought it was a little salty, I did enjoy it. My husband had half rack of ribs with baked potatoes and asparagus he said they were good but they needed a little more time to cook as they weren't falling of the bone as easy. Overall we had a great time there! Definitely going back!

I can’t say enough good things about BJ’s Brewhouse. I am from out of state and this is always my first request when visiting. The food is exceptional, the tri-tip is phenomenal! This past time I was convinced by our outstanding waitress, Kimberly, to try the parmesan crusted chicken, which was also very good. Kimberly not only made great recommendations on food options, but also the flavors that you may be feeling- comfort food, mixture of textures, etc. I typically eat gluten free and they have plenty of options that vary in variety. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a BJ’s.

My wife and I came here for lunch today and were immediately greeted by friendly staff and were seated very promptly. Our server Madison was extremely pleasant and attentive and had drinks and appetizers (calamari and fried mac & cheese balls) out to us very quickly. The portions were so large and so good that we were almost full before our prime rib and Philly sandwiches arrived.

The highlight of our lunch however wasn't the food but the Manager Todd. He had a wonderful personality, went above and beyond with his customer service and had the patience of a saint. He visited every table, was funny and made everyone that he came into contact with feel genuinely welcome at the establishment.
As we dined there was a couple who were trying to decorate their table for a graduation party. They were disorganized, frantic and fumbling with everything that they were doing. While Todd was busy with guests and staff he still took the time now and again to attempt to help these people who had obviously not planned out what they were doing. In a face palm moment, the people accidentally released a massive amount of helium balloons (which they were attempting to tie to chairs) and they all floated up to the high ceiling. While the people panicked, Todd calmy got an extending pole and within less than a minute had the entire bunch of balloons down and back into the people's hands. It was pretty impressive... and he kept a smile on his face the entire time.
If this is the quality of food and service that BJ's offers all of the time then the owner should be extremely proud of this restaurant and it's staff.
