What the … paid $45 for an aguachile and a ceviche. What a let down. Sizes were TINY and I swear I could’ve fed my child the ceviche and she still wouldn’t have filled up. First and last time eating from there. To top it off, the cilantro in my ceviche was black, it had obviously been sitting a while. Disappointed!

I enjoyed the pork belly chiarron.My wife had the tacos de cameronis in chilaros
We also had the campechana Cocktail.
Everything Was prepared very well Portions are of good size and service & atmosphere is awesome

If you've traveled to southern Mexico and have visited the State of Sinaloa you know why they're called the shrimp capital of the world. Mariscos "La Apoma" offers food lovers the opportunity to enjoy recipes derived from a small village in Sinaloa, Apoma.

Two generations of the Yllescas Family run Mariscos "La Apoma" the matriarch cooking recipes passed on for generations. Be warned the more authentic the food the spicier it gets, but they also offer a wide variety of other dishes that will make you come back for more.
I personally drive south of the border for my shrimp cocktails and oysters. But according to Cristian Yllescas all of their ingredients come from the source the Gulf of California. Mariscos "La Apoma" is perfect for those that want to do more than just eat, they want to have an experience.

Been wanting to come here and so glad we did! Husband got an appetizer (chile relleno and rib eye something) and I got shrimp tacos. Yum. Very good flavors. Salsa was nice and spicy!! Inside is comfortable and clean.

I FOUND IT. The best mariscos place in Yuma. My recommendation plate, Aguachile de ribeye. This place takes the crown and their prices show it. You pay a little more than other marisqueras but are paying for quality, service, and awesome recipes. Excellent sazón

I ordered the fish ceviche and octopus & shrimp ceviche tostadas. The fish one was a bit strong tasting but the octopus and shrimp combo tostada was AMAZING. (Try it with their signature la apoma sauce) Told the owner I didn't like the fish one and he gladly traded it for another shrimp and octopus combo and took the fish one off my bill. I was super happy and satisfied

Highly recommend this place, the aguachiles are delicious (either red or green), the ceviches and cocteles are on point! I don’t give it five stars because it is pricey and they took close to 50 minutes for my order. The place is small to dine in with big parties but if you want take out, they pack everything very well for you.
