My first time eating inside, usually I drive through. I ordered the chorizo egg plate with potatoes and beans. I was told that it will be a while before I receive my food. I was ok with that, wait was less than ten minutes. Since I had to wait for my food, why was the food closed to being cold. The food was almost warm, even the chorizo and eggs. But the potatoes tasted great, would have been better hot. When paying there an option to leave a tip, I have no problem leaving a tip. I left a tip, but the service doesn’t deserve a tip, had to get my own coffee. They did serve my food, but that is all. Do not know if I will come back and eat inside. If I do and my food is the same I will complain and request my money back.

Unique corn tacos with beans and custom sauces. Massively overstuffed in a good way! You'll need the fork. Their red salsa (tomato soup) is incredible! Fair pricing is a big plus.

Not what I would call 3☆, maybe I'm missing something but the food is very bland, I had a salad but it was missing something like black olives, green onion and a choice of salad dressing(none). So after large polo salad, chicken bowl, two margaritas and one folded taco and 15% tip. Over $50.00 $$$, not what I call a deal.

Food was underwhelming here. We visited looking at so many reviews on google and good looking food pictures. But we have had better Mexican cuisine at other restaurants in the area. This was below our expectations. Also the place has a different style of menu compared to other typical Mexican places. They mainly serve tacos and burritos only.

We live in San Diego, but must visit Mr. G every time we are in Yuma. They quite possibly have the best rolled tacos that I have ever had, at least to my recollection. The rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole is all I ever get when visiting, so I can't speak much to any other entree options they have.

The prices are fair and the quality is superb. Their refried beans and rice are also pretty good.

Some may not realize that you can order the rolled tacos by the dozen for transport out of town. There are many friends that send me with their orders to bring back to San Diego.

I highly recommend this restaurant!

We went to Mr. G Drive-In's in Arizona while traveling. I got a carne con chile burrito with added rice for $5.19. Instead of the usual thin beef, they used thick chunks, which was surprising but okay. It tasted more like a birria burrito. It was smaller than what I'm used to, but for the price, it was good. The carne asada taco was decent and came with avocado, pico, beans, and radish slices for $3.99. The beef hardshell taco was small too, also $3.99. The horchata water was refreshing for $4.49. The salsas were too watery for my liking, and there wasn't a salsa bar. Overall, the food was tasty, but I've had better. It's okay for a "Mexican" restaurant in Arizona.
