We had Bubba's cater our wedding and are so happy we did! Our guests loved the food- ESPECIALLY the brownies - and my wife has been happily enjoying the leftover mashed potatoes and ham since the wedding. We also want to sing specific praises to Amanda!! She was so helpful beyond just the food - she even helped us try to bustle my wife's dress and made sure to tell our bartender what drinks we wanted first and had them waiting at our sweetheart table! I can't recommend Bubba's enough!

We recently had the pleasure of using Bubba's Catering for a work event, and I cannot speak highly enough of both the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by our server, Leeann. The food was excellent, and the service surpassed our expectations. Leeann was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the event. Had Bubba’s cater our wedding. The staff was wonderful and attentive. However, some of the food did not turn out as expected. We ordered blackened chicken, however, it looked baked and was very faintly seasoned. Along with this, it was topped with gravy, which confused us. The sides were average, nothing extremely special, but not bad either.

Josh Conner and the entire staff of Bubba’s Silver Spoon Catering are amazing… not to mention their food! They catered my daughter’s wedding and everyone raved about the food! They have so many wonderful menus to choose from! Throughout the planning process, Josh was so responsive and helpful! Their staff is also so friendly, efficient and helpful! At the reception, they were very attentive to their jobs and kept the tables so clean! I had many guests compliment them and the food! They helped make this a wonderful evening of special memories!

With this caterer you won't be disappointed. Whether it's a small gathering from 10 to a large gathering of 1000 they are amazing to work with from start to finish. You can book online or if you want to go in you can book an appt with Josh. If your not sure what you want he can help you get a menu together to fit your budget. If your stuck on what to choose you can discuss scheduling a tasting. Cocktail, graduation, repast, company parties, to weddings this is your place to book with. Don't hesitate you will be glad that you did let them take the stress away from worrying about your food. They do some of the most beautiful charcuterie an cheese displays I've ever seen.

We booked Bubbas catering back in March 2023 after we got engaged for our rehearsal dinner. We chose our menu and originally set the event time for 7:00. The time was changed to 5:30 pm in September/October. 30 days before the event, we called to verify time dinner will be served, menu, added coffee and confirmed final cost and due date of payment. The week of the event, we called and did the same thing and paid in full. Bubbas arrived at our rehearsal dinner late, our guests waited an hour to eat and my guests complained about the food tasting bad and leukwarm. One of my guests said, “I hope they’re not using Bubbas for the reception.” I was disappointed since the food tasted nothing like our tasting samples. We were told by the set up crew set up was suppose to be at 7:00pm although dinner was set for 5:30. The workers were empathetic but it didn’t change poor results. We will not recommend Bubbas catering. Very disappointing.

We hired them for my daughter’s wedding and the food was awful. The guests were asking if we had to use them due to the venue. I can say more than 70% of the guests including myself threw the food away. I tried it at the tasting and it was not the same, The chicken was very dry and we could not eat it. The pasta wasn’t even good, and it was ice cold. They didn’t keep anything warm. The staff were all very nice, I tipped them well. The food was just so extremely bad!

Just had some of their catering and WOW! Every ingredient in the salad was fresh and bursting with flavor! The pasta was divine. I am super impressed!!! I highly recommend them!
