Took my family here for dinner. I ordered black olives on my sandwich and didn’t receive them. No big deal. We tried to sign up for the app and there was no code on the receipt for the validation code. When I asked the manager she told me that there was nothing that they can do that The code was removed from the receipt. And we can’t get our points now

My second time a little disappointed my sandwich was completely messy and overloaded and way too much Mayo. The customer service was fine and was pleased that the manager accommodated me for my troubles and assured they replaced my sandwiches and cookie that was not put in bag.

Had their brisket sandwich. Yum! Friendly service. Staff was able to answer my questions and give me suggestions. The atmosphere was not quite up to par. They had some wobbly tables and a spill right outside their door. If I only reviewed food, they would have been good.

Christian with the long curly hair had a horrible attitude and made me feel awful while ordering. I came in an hour before close so not pushing it too close.. yet I order a build your own sandwich and he pretty much lost it at the 3rd topping. Throwing his towel down and rolling his eyes. Angrily made my sandwich completely wrong. Put cheese on both after it was asked to be removed when the sandwiches are for a dairy free household. Toasted a sandwich supposed to be cold. No pickles on the side. No peppers on the sandwich. Maybe 2 singular cubes of cucumber. The sandwich taste just as bad as his service

This was my first time at a Firehouse Subs, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere inside the dining area,from the open seating to the firehouse decor and plaques honoring various firehouses. I instantly greeted 'Welcome to Firehouse' by all the staff as if they were in competition to see who can greet first, also very friendly and easy-to-read menu board. Quality ingredients. I ordered my free birthday medium steak and cheese sub for joining the rewards club via email, and a large drink. Their steak and cheese sub is scrumptious, I will be returning.
