Used to be decent, now it’s gross. Shower and bathroom floor with mildewed grout and caulk, shower curtain mildewed and dirty. Dried food on the end table. I can’t believe anyone thought it’s ok to rent this room out. Front staff was excellent in past, not so much anymore

I gave the hotel three stars because I paid a higher price expecting a little bit nicer of a hotel seeing that it was Yuma Arizona. And for the price, I felt that it wasn’t all that what it could’ve been. I think the room price should’ve been around no more than 120 opposed to the 194 that they were asking they did have breakfast from 7 to 10 and the staff was all very friendly and everything was good. I just felt that the price of the hotel was much higher than it should’ve been .

We used the room for my parents 50th wedding dinner anniversary. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and had great service. The front desk worker kept checking in on us and always kept the water full. Great room for small get together.

Good experience at the hotel. Staff were friendly and the breakfast attendant was amazing, attentive and kept the areas & tables clean. Rooms felt a little dated and the pull out trundle was covered in a strange plastic that was very loud and uncomfortable.
Overall location is great. Did ask for a room far away from highway and was told that both sides of the hotel face the highway...turned out to be in a room on the highway end of the hotel and was a little disappointed we weren't placed on the other end.

Enjoyable visit. Room was clean and comfortable, furniture & bed in good condition. Window could be opened slightly for fresh air - a big plus for us. Only one negative - need more conveniently accessible power outlets (likely a function of the age of the property).

Public area downstairs is spacious with several areas suitable for working. The breakfast served is strictly Marriott fare, but ingredients were fresh, plenty of scrambled eggs & sausage, fruit and condiments.

Public areas (lobby, downstairs bathroom, pool area) were always clean and orderly during our stay.

The Cracker Barrel restaurant just down the street is very convenient, being within walking distance.

Parking is adequate with spaces on both sides of the hotel, and with good lighting.

Staff are always helpful here, whether it be a fresh pot of coffee or extending breakfast service just a bit longer.

This Springhill Suites is popular among government employees and military so we’re always careful to make our reservations well in advance. Looking forward to our next visit.

Our room was directly next to the area where breakfast is prepared.
The breakfast option is great and the workers who prepare are also great.
But the noise during prep was very bad in the early morning hours.
Insulate that room or don't rent it.

Our swim team came here to stay from Colorado for a competition. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at on our travel trips, we, as coaches, agreed that this is one of the best! The service was outstanding. The staff is always going above and beyond. Someone was cleaning at all times!
We were highly grateful for Anissa and Alanis, who were patient and hospitable with our entire group, including the kids. Hopefully, we can return next year to stay for the 2025 competition.
