An excellent sit down Mexican restaurant! All fresh ingredients! The chips were great and both salsa’s were delicious. The rice and beans had nice flavor. The kids taco was a little too greasy but my 5yr old still ate everything on the plate. I got a green Chile burro with red sauce enchilada style. The red sauce had a little heat to it. The green Chile wasn’t too sweet and the pork was wonderfully tender.

5 stars for me is something unique and a place you would travel a good distance to go to. This is pretty close to that. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I’ll definitely be back!

Food and service were excellent! Everything taste fresh. Chips were served warm and the salsa isn't too spicy so our kid could enjoy it too.
We had the Mexican pizza with shredded beef, crispy and delicious. Chili relleno plate and 2 taco plate. Everyone enjoyed their meals and husband especially liked the rice and beans. We'll be back to support this family business.

Find this little gem almost by accident.
We were greeted and sat quickly then services hot fresh chips and amazing salsa! The shrimp and avocado salad was very fresh and hubby liked his taco meal. I enjoyed his beans and rice also.
Reasonably priced, good food and attentive staff.
Will definitely be back.

Dined here the other evening on Monday, one of their $1.50 margarita days! (Which are Mondays, Wednesdays, & then Thursdays they're $2.50) We had come in on a Friday previously, and I bought a margarita full price and it was good! Food was good, so we decided to come back on a Monday for the marg special 🍹 The bf and I had 3 each, shared a shredded beef chimmichanga which was delish, rice & beans were amazing. Chips (served warm) and salsa, also delicious! But I was bummed the margaritas we had this visit weren't what we had on our previous visit. We each had 3, and left feeling how I did when I walked in 😆😅 Tasted more like 95% margarita mix. And I get it - if you're gonna have $1.50 margarita day, I can maybe understand 'watering' it down a bit, but it was.. alot. Just wished they were the same as the regular days. Food was good, our waitress was was wonderful, very sweet and attentive. But those margaritas, lacking for sure 🙁

First time there, look it up on the web.Seeing that they had a manudo And fry bread they were delicious Just we'll be stopping there more often for Mexican food. Next on the list, breakfast, I'm sure it will be very delicious.

From the time we walked in Lupitas, we were warmly greeted, and they were nice throughout our visit. The chips were brought warm with 2 kinds of salsa. Hubbs tried the Carne asada burro. I had fry bread with chicken - it had beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese! The chicken was really flavorful and the bread was really light and good. We recommend trying the fry bread for sure - so good! Great friendly place! Stop by and enjoy Lupita's food🙌!

Avoid Lupita’s Restaurant at all costs!

We were so excited to try Lupita’s after hearing multiple recommendations, but what a huge mistake that turned out to be. The food was not only overpriced but absolutely disgusting. We ordered four 32oz bowls of red menudo at $16 each, expecting something flavorful and hearty—what we got was a $70 disaster. The menudo smelled rotten and looked worse than anything we’ve ever seen. There were strange, nasty-looking flakes floating in it, and it tasted like something had gone terribly wrong. We called the restaurant to express our disappointment, and while we were super disappointed we were still very polite, they promised to give us a call back. They never did. When I followed up, they told me they couldn't offer a refund and suggested adding garlic salt to fix the "problem." Really? Garlic salt? That’s the solution? Then hung up the phone. This place is a complete ripoff, and we will NEVER be coming back. The food was awful, the customer service was nonexistent, and the price was outrageous. Don’t waste your money here! HUMERETOS MENUDO IS CHEAPER AND BETTER!!!

Stay Far Away from Lupita’s Restaurant!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. After hearing so many recommendations, we were eager to try Lupita’s, but it was nothing short of a nightmare. The food was disgusting, overpriced, and downright revolting. We ordered four 32oz bowls of red menudo at $16 each, expecting a rich, flavorful dish—what we got was an abomination. The menudo smelled foul, like it had been sitting out for days, (worse then diarrhea) and looked like something straight out of a horror movie. Strange, unidentifiable chunks were floating in it, and it tasted like it had gone bad. NO flavor at all!!! I’ve had better food at a gas station.

We immediately called the restaurant to express our disgust, and while we were still calm and polite, all they did was promise a callback that never came. When I followed up, they told me they wouldn’t refund us and suggested I add garlic salt to "improve" the flavor. Garlic salt?! Are you kidding me? That was their brilliant solution. Then, they promptly hung up on me.

This place is a complete joke. The food is inedible, the prices are absurd, and the customer service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. If you want real menudo that actually tastes good and isn’t a total ripoff, go to Humeretos its cheaper and infinitely better. Never. Again.
