Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Glendale Sports Dist, an IHG Hotel - Glendale, Arizona

We booked the 2 room suite for 2 nights while visiting family nearby. There were a total of 4 adults + 1 puppy.

The staff were amazing and helpful & the room was: Spacious, clean, comfortable, and well set-up.

The hotel location was PERFECT and close to everything we wanted to go to- Top Golf, Boot Barn/shopping center, Food spots & Bass Pro Shop + there was so much more.

Parking was great and we felt safe in the area. Overall a great stay and we will be recommending this hotel to all of our family and friends that travel through the area.

This hotel offered everything a traveling football fan could desire. Comfortable Roomy Room with a fully functioning kitchen. High quality television. Very good HVAC system. Friendly help, a slightly above average breakfast. A clean functioning hot tub as well as a nice swimming pool. Plenty of free and safe parking. The location of the hotel is top notch for those visiting the Glendale entertainment zone. Lots of restaurants and entertainment venues. State Farm Arena is only a mile and a half away with a hotel shuttle service it takes you reasonably close to the arena. This is a great choice for anyone spending time in the Glendale area.||I believe they really make the money when there are large events at State Farm arena. The cost of the room during special events escalate substantially. Ultimately, you can probably save money because you don't have to have the hassle of paying for parking or driving on congested roads.

With the "convenience store" onsite if you are staying for a few days you dont need to run around and find a liquor store and grocery store you can grab the few things you need from the little store by the lobby and charge to your room. The outdoor area is fantastic too, with a good size pool (not too cold), a lovely hot tub, a large firepit area - the great place to relax and unwind after a full day! Location is great as its right across the street from a Bass Pro!

I am thankful for all the attention to details and help I received during my stay. It was refreshing to see how every staff member of this hotel really cared about helping all the guests. It is hard to find authentic friendly good attitude in today's world. This hotel is a gem in that department. Had an excellent stay, was immediately greeted and treated in an excellent way. Diamond Elite status was recognized and given two free items from the sundry, enjoyed a late night winter dip in the Jacuzzi/Spa. Pool towels could be bigger as a regular sized adult needs at least two when drying off. Room was great, and everything was clean. Continental breakfast was much better than holiday inn express. And I would definitely come back again.

We booked four rooms at the last minute and were very pleased. The staff was super welcoming and helped us out- the rooms were very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and overall the property was fantastic. The location is excellent!

This was out 2nd stay at this location. We really planned out our vacation and wanted to relax in the room but the wifi was so bad my kids of course complained the whole time . The pool was clean and warm.. more towels in the pool area would've been nice BUT I understand the amount of laundry that would create.
The breakfast this time was cold and boring. Dry eggs unseason3d potatoes the waffle mix was always out. The juice watered down. but I feel that may have been because of the holidays bc our stay in August the breakfast was great!
