This is a wonderful hotel! From the General Manager, Efrain Toval, to Philly (the lady who checked us in) and Brian (the Shuttle Driver who ferried us around and knows the area like the back of his hand), we felt welcome and very well taken care of. The location is the best. Shopping, restaurants and the Stadium all within walking distance. The hotel feels brand new and is immaculately maintained with every need being met and any/every request immediately handled. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The beds felt luxurious and the complimentary breakfasts each morning were well prepared, tasty whether you wanted cereal (hot or cold), pancakes, meats, potatoes, bagels, rolls, etc. No need to leave the hotel for breakfast. We enjoyed a happy welcoming, upscale atmosphere with many features and amenities that were first-rate and actually surprised us as it was going to be a quick two-night stay for us and we were sorry to have to hit the road again! We definitely recommend. You can't go wrong and the area can keep you exploring for days and not need a car! We didn't have time to use the pool though it was inviting and the lush landscaping made it feel like a tropical resort. You owe it to yourself to treat yourself to a stay at this hotel.

Traveled from out of state to watch NFL game at State Farm Stadium. Hotel within walking distance to stadium, outlet mall, restaurants and interstate. Room was clean and beds were super comfy. Lots to eat at breakfast. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub as they are heated. Great area to relax. We also used fitness and laundry room, which were vert clean. It was convenient that front desk provides change for washers & dryers. Only complaint I had was that the front desk workers were never at the desk area. We had to holler for them in the morning, night and early morning. When they were there, they rushed out from the back and were helpful. Other than that we would stay again.

I stayed two nights to visit family in the area. The property is clean, and staff is friendly. I was pleasantly surprised each morning with the variety of breakfast items available, as this is not always the case with other hotels.

The bed was very comfortable, linens were clean. The property is located near shopping and restaurants, making it convenient to meet your needs.

My only negative experience is the first morning taking a shower I slipped due to the shiny tub surface causing me to fall. Luckily, I was able to grab the bar to break my fall and not crack my head on the tub floor. Nover had this happen to me in my travels.

All of the positive reviews made me take a chance on this hotel but I was severely disappointed. Given the chance again I would take a hard pass!
Overall the room was somewhat clean but the carpet was stained and the bathroom shower was not cleaned after the last few guests, it was obvious and pretty gross.
The walls are pretty thin. The room doors shut loud and hard so anytime a fellow guest closes their room door anywhere on the floor, you’re going to hear it. There are quiet hours posted in the lobby but not observed. I am a deep sleeper but I was woken up by party animals on my floor all 3 nights starting at midnight going until 4 am. I don’t have super high standards, I feel like this hotel was a waste of money and left me exhausted everyday from the lack of sleep.

We had a great experience at this Holiday Inn location. The rooms was modern and clean, 4 pillow options, and the mattress was comfy.
The breakfast was fantastic. No need to go out to eat. It has pretty much everything you would want served hot and fresh

Very clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly, efficient, and helpful. Rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Breakfast is as expected in a clean area. About a 25 minute walk to the stadium. 10-15 to Westgate restaurants etc. We did not use but they had a shuttle to Westgate on game day if walking is a problem. Parking was easy and complimentary. Only negative was shower water pressure was pretty light. I would not have wanted to wash my long hair in that shower. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Staying at Holiday Inn Express & other IHG locations across US, this spot has BEST breakfast! Lots of variety & super-fresh. Most HI's provide powder eggs & lackluster protein options like fake bacon, sausage. This place was deliciously different! Highly recommend. The hotel was a nice place too. Exercise room lacked adequate equipment, just treadmills, but all else was superb.

This was a great location, we needed close to the Diamond arena. We were able to check in a little early. Staff is friendly. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast has a good selection and is very clean, staff is helpful. Pool area is nice, clean and relaxing.

Only complaint to the entire stay was elevator was out of service on a Saturday of our stay.
