Positive: Location & room. It was next to an outdoor mall, great food &Coffee options. The room was great & even had a little curtain divider in between the sitting area & bed. Negative: The elevator floors were dirty but there were a lot of guests, so I understand.

Our room,a 2 queen beds Studio,was clean, quiet and very spacious.|The amenities were great.|The breakfast & the wifi are free.|There is a fitness center open and a coffee maker|available in the lobby 24/7!|Parking is $15/day.|The hotel is 5 min away from the Westgate Entertainment District |Overall, it was a good stay!|I would definitely recommend and will stay again|when I'm in the area.

Decent check in. Locked doors where after 10pm you need a key to enter. Rooms stay very clean.

I live in Phoenix and needed a hotel because wanted to be close for an event at westgate. Mc Kayla went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great.. even made sure we had two queen beds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

My husband and I rented rooms here for a three night birthday get away for our twin girls. They were turning 15 and each were each allowed to invite a friend. This hotel was PERFECT!||||The rooms are spacious, have a good sized fridge, a dish washer, and microwave. Let me say, with 4 teenagers in tow, this was a blessing! We stocked the rooms with items the girls could eat and drink!||||What the girls were the most excited about was a Tanger Outlet Mall which was just a short walk across the parking lot, how close we were to the entertainment, dining, and shopping in the Westgate Entertainment District and of course big room, cable, and the pool!||||I loved how clean and safe the hotel was. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They offered a free breakfast and I enjoyed the fitness facility. I would definitely recommend and will stay again! 10 out of 10!
