we stayed here for 2 nights and this was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. 10/10!!! Our room was SUPER clean. No sticky floors or bugs. The beds were very comfortable and had a big flat screen tv. The manager and staff were very welcoming and treated us like family. They offered their guest FREE snacks and continental breakfast had a few good options as well. We will definitely be back.

High rate because of bama game even though we checked in after midnight. Front desk should keep her political views to herself. Acted like she was doing me a favor instead of valuing a customer. Place was clean and basic. Other than price it was a decent stay.

My family and I stayed here within the past week and we loved the rooms. The beds were so soft, plenty of lighting to choose from, plenty of different storage areas and the room was very clean! We were very happy with our stay!

When I checked in the front desk clerk was sitting in a chair made up like a bed eating bbq chicken wings. We had to wait until she cleaned up her hands so she could check us in. They price gouged us by charging us $ 249+fees because a football game had happened that morning. The hotel was very noisy. Anytime anyone walked in the room above us it sounded like an earthquake!

Decided to stay here last second while on a roadtrip. I came in at 12-1:00am. Room was filled with women’s hair… although it looked like it was supposed to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was not good either. They only had muffins bought from Walmart, toast, and coffee. If that’s all you need then that’s great, but that’s what I saw when I went there at around 8:00-8:30am

Received a $100 charge for my pet although there wasn’t anything listed when I booked it for me to aware of this policy.. if I had know I’d have gone to a pet friendly hotel

They also charged me an extra $40 that I am not aware of. The video of how I left the room is attached. I literally slept in the bed for 6 hours and worked on their desk the next 5-6. Please lmk if any of you believe the extra charge is justified for this at all

This has been my experience. You’re better off upgrading to the Hilton across the street.

I have $200 pending for my stay there
. If I had paid Hilton then I’d have saved $60.

Positive: I liked the very cozy room and it had breakfast, that's a big plus Negative: I did not like to see mold on the ceiling vents in the bathroom, and the floor didn't feel very clean when I was barefoot, also tv remote was dirty with food marks

Comfortable and reasonably priced for a one stay. Upon checking in, we were told there's a continental breakfast; however, there was only coffee, juice, and cereal.

The staff received high praise for their exceptional service. The receptionists were extremely accommodating and addressed all of our inquiries. This was a very relaxing staycation for my spring break. The room was pristine and well-lit, with prompt room service. We plan on returning due to the excellent experience. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
