Staying at the hotel was awesome! Very classy place! I know you don’t want a bunch of drunk people at the casino, but it does happen. All Security had to do was ask me to go to my room. Not get all up in my face like I killed somebody. Other than that, I had a great time and spent a lot of money.

First time staying at the hotel. Absolutely enjoyed it and will be back very soon. Rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the room was beautiful. Friendly staff and service. The restaurant
choices were satisfying. Definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very courteous. Check in was very quick and efficient. Both my wife and I were surprised at how fast we got our room. The valets were quick and attentive. We ate at the Upper Deck, the service was quick and the food was good. I would go back for another burger and salad, both were pretty darn tasty. The serving staff were really personable and attentive. The facilities are very nice, I’m sure in the summer time the pool would be very refreshing and and busy. The casino floor was clean and this time were pretty generous, they must have know we were staying the night.

Dropped in for 2 days of fun. Great rooms, pool and hot tub were perfect temps and enjoyable. Despite it being windy/chilly outside, the pool itself was very comfortable and able to be enjoyed. Prime Steakhouse has quality food, just be prepared for $$$. Dealers/Casino Staff all friendly. Overall was a good experience.

We stay at Wild Horse Pass a few times per year, and it is always a great experience. The casino is very Vegas-like. And we always enjoy the hangover fried rice at Ling & Louie's.

We frequently attend shows in the theater and I always get handicapped accessible seating to accommodate my mobility scooter. This weekend we attended a comedy show but the accessible seating was sold out so I had to get regular seats. I struggled with the stairs, so the staff found a great place where I could stay in my scooter and got a chair for my wife. Such excellent service!

My only complaint is that there is no place to get coffee at night. The only coffee place closes pretty early.

Smokey was moving and grooving and smokin hot!! His vocals and interaction with the crowd were over the top. He was very old school as being an entertainer and not just a musician. He looked so youthful and was in great shape. The band was outstanding. I was not expecting much but came out with a very positive experience.

Rewards should be better and not completely restart each year. I used to get free rooms and concert tickets. Last year or two I have not received a single one of either. My play didn't change much and if anything spent more money at your casinos. Also, drinks at the tables should not be $10. Most all the tables are $10 plus which equates to playing hundreds of dollars per hour. Drinks should be free or at least heavily discounted.

Rooms are nice. Clean and good beds. Pretty typical hotel room. They do have coffee in the room which is great.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The property was beautiful with a great pool area.
All in all a very nice place!
