SpringHill Suites Kanab - Kanab, Utah

The facility was very clean and well kept. The GPS was off so it took a few extra minutes to make sure we were at the right place. The rooms are laid out long (Not bad, not great) so it does not flow great, but not a deal breaker.

Hot tub was nice and pool was heated, but not WARM. Kids loved it, I stayed in the hot tub area.

Breakfast was typical “Continental” breakfast. They few muffins/pastries seemed old and they ran out of waffle batter once (But it was filled within about 5 min).

Staff was kind, prompt and responsive. I gave them a 4 staff because I did ask for blankets and a pillow. They said they were the only ones at the desk and asked if I could come get it. This was around 9pm at night, not busy and I was a 3 min walk. This was not a big deal to me and I was happy to do it, but on a rating, I would not consider this “Above and beyond”.

Overall, I would stay here again, price was fair and my main goal for this hotel was cost and cleanliness and they accomplished my expectations.

The staff is cordial and friendly. Sarah was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are big and well decorated. We had a full size couch, an office area and a walk-in closet! And the views from our window were spectacular! We were here for 5 days. We understand it is new, only 2 months old.

First time I ever stayed at a brand new hotel and was the first one to sleep in the bed! The hotel is BRAND new and is sparkling clean. It has beautiful accents and designs. It is very modern. I loved the colors, theme, and interior design. The beds were super comfy! Much needed after a long day spent hiking Zion National Park. The bathroom was absolutely stunning!!! The TV was huge, the views were beautiful, the work station/desk area was huge! The free breakfast was excellent they had so many fresh and tasty options. The front desk staff was still getting the hang of things as it was only their 3rd night being up and running, but they were so very kind and welcoming. They gave us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated! There was a huge parking lot with free parking, the hotel was in cute little town in a remote area but they had pretty much everything you need in walking distance. The price was super fair and affordable especially since I booked last minute. Marriott did an excellent job with this one! I really enjoyed my stay here and felt so comfortable and got an excellent sleep. Hopefully the future guests keep this beautiful hotel in nice shape!

Brand new absolutely beautiful and stunningly decorated suites with amazing views of the gorgeous red rock at poolside and hot tub. The rooms were very comfortable and high-end, the location was great for hiking in Zion and area, the breakfast here was very excellent with the best customer service from Sarah who helped me during breakfast and when my jeep radiator was leaking and offered, a recommendation of a mechanic nearby. Super friendly staff at breakfast and at the front desk.. we will definitely stay again next trip to the local canyons. Kanab is a great place to stay and explore caves, canyons and off road ..

We often stay at Marriott hotels so was excited to see this new hotel was opening in our state. We went to Kanab for a short 3 day trip and enjoyed our time there. The staff was very friendly and had all the amenities we like from SpringHill Suites: free breakfast, extra trundle bed, etc. There was a small outdoor pool and hot tub that was open and heated even though it was mid October. The kids loved swimming even though the temperature was in the 60s. We visited some local kid-friendly sites nearby such as Coral Pink Sand Dunes (rent a sand board for $25), The Belly of the Dragon, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (reserve a free tour in advance), and some easy walks/hikes. This would be a great place to stay as a destination for a short visit or as a stop on the way to many other National Parks and activities nearby in Utah and Arizona.

Brand-new hotel. Everything was clean, and they gave us extra pillows! The waffle maker, was out of batter, a sad point. Breakfast was kind of sad. It had a good location compared with things to do, but on the far end of Kanab for Zion National Park. The walls were thin, and we could family next to us. That was not good, because we have a moody toddler, who was trying to sleep. Mostly on them though. Parking was on-site and complimentary! Always a plus!

Brand new SpingHill Suites in Kanab Utah. It is not right on the main drag but everything is close to downtown Kanab. We always try to stay at a SpringHill Suites when ever we travel. Employees were super friendly. They put us on the first floor which was very nosy so if you stay there try to request a higher floor. They were 100% full so they ran out of a lot of breakfast items but those employees really worked hard to keep what they did have stocked. The Lobby was bright and modern and the pool was heated and open. We would definitely stay there again.

Just opened hotel on the edge of town between a Wendy's and an RV park. It's got large comfortable rooms (my double queen room could have slept up to 6), microwave/minifridge, and walk in closet. There's also an outdoor pool/hot tub, a basic gym, and a small (1 washer 2 dryers) cc operated guest laundry. If you're going to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim, it's within a 1.5 hour drive of all 3. Kanab is cute but small so the free (basic) breakfast is a real time saver when you're trying to get a full day in at one of the parks. Electric car chargers in the parking lot. Get an even numbered room for a cliff view. Everyone here was so nice!
